Beschreibung
I’m Daniel, a 31-year-old from Denmark & Netherlands with a background in adventure tourism, hospitality and design. Last winter I worked as a musher and hiking guide in Northern Norway, responsible for the daily care and training of up to 200 huskies. I also hosted guests, gave dogyard tours, and guided hikes through the Arctic terrain. It was hard, honest work and I loved it.
Outside of the snow, I’m hands-on and curious by nature. I’ve worked as a graphic designer and brand strategist, but I’ve also spent time building fences, clearing land, painting cabins, assisting with landscaping, and fixing whatever needed fixing. I’m also a visual artist, working mainly with drawing and storytelling through images. I value observation, presence and creating things with meaning, whether on paper or in the real world.
I speak Dutch, Danish and English fluently, and I can hold a basic conversation in Norwegian, which I’d love to develop further. Right now I’m traveling through Denmark planning on going back to Norway as soon as possible. I'm exploring new places and looking for opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways. Whether that’s in outdoor guiding, farm work, maintenance or guest experiences, I bring a calm energy, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in people and place.

I also work as a designer and visual artist, which helps me stay sharp, observant and creative in practical situations.
