Hey there :)

We are looking for opportunities to make a positive impact in the communities we connect to. After escaping the hustle-culture we want to find our way back to a more natural pace to enjoy all aspects of the experiences offered to us.
We love to laugh and don't want to take life too serious anymore. It should be all about joy and see the beauty even in the littlest things :)

I´m Dominique and ...
8 years ago I got the chance to leave my job in retail and I decided to do my first trip on my own for a yoga teacher training to India. When I came back to Germany I started working in a Gym. By this time I did a course in Thai Yoga Massage, learned some kinds of energy work (Reiki, spirit healing, regression therapy) and became a Fitness Coach.
In 2019 I made my way back to India and Thailand for 3 months to deepen my knowledge in Yoga and TYM and felt again how much happier I was when I was connecting to another culture and met travelers with whom I exchanged experiences.
I made the decision to finally cancel my jobs in Germany and go to Peru in March 2020 but unfortunately my flight was cancelled because of C... and through the travelrestrictions I stayed in Germany for the next two years, got back to work in my job as a Fitness Coach and parallel as a driver and picker for a sustainable grocery delivery service.
Fortunately I met Jan during this time and we decided to start traveling together in March 2022:)

I´m Jan and...
end of 2019 i quit my job as an engeneer and planned traveling by foot on the old silk road from Germany to South East Asia. The plan grew since 2016 as I felt that working in a 9 to 5 office job was not what I was expecting from life. I dreamt of doing something meaningful in which I can use my passion for gardening and do create something with my hands.
Luckily my travel plans were interrupted and I met Dominique during my transitory-job as a driver for a sustainable grocery delivery service.

After living in a big city in Germany for a couple of years we felt that we were missing the close connection to nature.
We are eager to experience living in other cultural environments and would love to rediscover, strengthen and develop our abililities. Jans former job as an industry mechanic and engeneer will definitely be helpful. Dominique helped her family in the past around their house and garden where they grew fruits and vegetables.

After traveling for nearly a year to Dominican Republic, Colombia, Mexico and Canary Islands we returned to Germany. We found out that traveling to different countries was not just quite expensive over time but we were missing some kind of anchor place. So we decided to build our own little home on wheels to keep on exploring with a stable place to stay but changing gardens in the future.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We are always curious to learn new skills and understand how things are made/work. We would love to be a helping hand where ever we stay.

When D was a kid she already helped her family in their garden (they grew lots of fruits and vegetables) and her grandpa showed her many skills when they were renovating their house(from laying tiles to wallpaper). There were always animals around like guinea pigs, dogs and cats that D took care of. She loves to cook, enjoys being in nature and making people around her smile. While building their van, she found much joy in making their own futonmatress, sewing and crocheting.

Jan is technically skilled because of his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic. After studying engineering, he worked in various positions as a designer and project manager. The biggest project so far was to build a van with mostly natural elements which came out just perfect for the two of them.
He is really good at teaching himself new abilities like playing fingerstyle guitar and even snowboarding.
Jan enjoys being surrounded by nature and making friends with the dogs and cats we met during our travel experience.

Jan loves adventures in nature like snowboarding, hiking, rafting and is learning how to kite board.
