(Update: I arrived in Guadalupe at beginning of November, I'm working here and willing to stay 1 year. I'm looking to meet new people)

Ciao! I’m Daniele, a traveler from Sicily, Italy. Since childhood, I’ve felt a deep urge to explore the world, immerse myself in different cultures, and connect with people from all walks of life. Staying in one place too long isn’t for me—I thrive on new experiences and unconventional paths, always chasing the next adventure.

Over the past ten years, I’ve been traveling and volunteering across different countries, embracing slow travel and a simple lifestyle. My approach is all about respecting local traditions, learning new languages (even just basic greetings!), and minimizing expenses so I can keep exploring for longer. Eventually, in the near future, I hope to host travelers myself, running my own guesthouse, where I can share the hospitality and cultural exchange that I’ve come to love.

- Cooking & Food Culture – I’m a pizza chef, passionate about sharing food tips and adapting recipes to local ingredients while traveling.

- Hospitality & Guest Experience – I have experience working in different hospitality businesses, assisting with front desk duties, guest activities, housekeeping, and general maintenance.

- Construction & Manual Work – I worked as an electrician, photovoltaic assembler, and agriculture vehicle assembler, so I’m skilled in practical, hands-on tasks.

- Animal & Childcare – Experience with domestic animals and kid care, always open to learning more.

- Photography & Creativity – I love photography and am improving my skills with my Olympus camera, enjoying creative editing and social media content creation.

- Sustainability & Off-Grid Living – I’ve lived off-grid before and want to deepen my understanding of gardening, permaculture, and self-sufficient lifestyles.

Beyond volunteering, I enjoy: hiking, fitness, yoga, healthy living, cooking, scuba diving, free diving, reading, music, learning languages, and photography. I try to minimize expenses so I can continue traveling long-term.

I’m tidy, quiet, and respectful, always aiming to be a considerate guest wherever I stay.

As an Italian pizza chef, I love helping people improve their cooking skills—especially for those who, like me, travel and have to adapt to whatever local ingredients are available.

I’m not religious, but I am spiritual, and I believe in karma—being kind to others always leads to positivity.
