Hi, I'm Vitaliano, but everyone knows me as Dante.
I am that person who has never liked to stay in the same place for more than a few months, I consider myself an explorer as I always try to go to the least touristy places possible. I am a willing person with a great desire to learn and with an excellent learning ability. I live abroad most of the time, I work especially in the tourism, as hotel or restaurant. I am able to perform manual tasks that require the use of physical force or tasks that require the use of electronic equipment. I have a good knowledge of English, I like to travel and to know new places. I have a passion for photography and video making and that's why I opened my Instagram page where I publish the shots I take when I travel around. I am a friendly person who likes to interact with different cultures. My new project in the latest months it’s to create a group of people for explore around. I created also a new page where I wanna talk about the mythology and folklore as is a my hobby, it’s for that I started to going around exploring this part of culture of country I visit, if you wanna join or just know me better, let’s get in touch!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I traveled in my last 5 years, where I worked in many hotels and restaurants, I made a lot of experiences, I’m mainly a cook but I did also housekeeping job.
As a cook, I worked in a lot of restaurants in different countries, in the kitchen, I was assistant cook and in my latest jobs, I was also in charge of the kitchen, after I became chef de partie and I was in charge mainly of the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, I’m especially a pastry cook.
Lately I start to work in the preparation of the main dishes, I worked in a la carte and a buffet and catering too. But initially I did dishwasher and all general tasks too which I don’t mind if needed, some time I worked in the sala as waiter but I prefer the kitchen, also because I’m a good baker so I like make any type of dessert.
I am generally a handyman, I have skill also in computer and electronic things as I have a diploma in that, I have experiences with gardening, cut wood and other similar activities too, as I worked as gardener but I am always try to be better and learn new things, I learn quickly. I’m also a photographer and creator, my passion is history and outdoors and explore the place where I stay.

I studied telecommunications in Italy, I have a technical diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications, excellent skills in Informatics resources management, I have experience in video and image editing programs. I have traveled all over Europe, and in the last few months, after being in Oceania, where I explored Māori and Aboriginal culture, I set off on a new adventure to Iceland to discover its folklore.
