Beschreibung
We are Jade and Daniel, an international couple that met each other in Denmark (in the bouldering hall!). We travel throughout Europe with our van and are therefore really flexible. Please have a look at our skills section for more in-depth information about us! If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are constantly looking at our mailbox and are also open for a videocall.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Daniel has green hands! His family has a community garden in which he spent most of his summers helping out planting vegetables, mowing lawns and tending to everything. He has a masters in biochemistry with a specialisation in genetics and is good with computers in general. Furthermore, he has a hunting and fishing license and knows a lot about wellbeing of ecosystems and tending to nature in the most sustainable way possible.
Jade is an artist with a creative attitude to life - she knows how to draw, print, paint and sew. With a bachelor in Art History and a specialisation in Textile at the Art Academy in Copenhagen, she knows a lot about sustainability in fashion and tries to repair and restore as much as possible. With her work for IKEA she has expertise in interior design. It also means she's very handy with a lot of different tools!
We both have a lot of experience being in nature - gardening, DIY (woodwork/repairs/painting/building/etc), wood chopping, but also camping, hiking, climbing! We have a very active and outdoorsy lifestyle and are fit people, so hard work is not a problem for us.
We were both home owners at some point in our lives which means we did a lot of restauration ourselves, but also know how to maintain and clean a home, as well as cook delicious meals - which we still love to do together.
Both of us are good with kids and youths! Jade worked as a babysitter since she was 14 and taught first year students at university, Daniel has been a substitute teacher for ages between 6 to 16 and was a climbing instructor for children in exposed families, and was a mentor to people with disabilities, helping them through their university studies.
We are well traveled and know how to connect with people. We are curious about other cultures (eager to learn!), but also know how to live alongside people in terms of boundaries and privacy.

Was noch ...
We are passionate about bouldering, enjoy reading and playing board games. Jade loves the arts: she does photography, draws and writes and makes her own clothes when she can get her hands on a sewing machine. Daniel hosts a portwine club, is interested in brewing, generally likes being on or in the water and writes stories. He's born with skiis on as he's part Norwegian and could probably teach others :)
