Hi, I'm Dani from Germany and I would like to explore more of this beautiful world in a somewhat different and more meaningful way. So I found Workaway and here I am. The last 22 years where spent working as a librarian and I feel now is a good time for a break and some new experiences, new input and new ideas.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

As a librarian I am highly organized and know how to find things :). So I can help you bring order to chaos or lending a helping hand around the house or on a farm. Friends and family describe me a very reliable.
I grew up with cats, have at least a basic knowledge of dogs and their needs, used to be a horse girl and are very fond of animals in general and are comfortable in dealing with them.
I'm not a parent myself but a very proud auntie of a 10 year old nephew. So I'm used to the wild side of little boys and would love to be an aunt to your kids.
As my work involved mainly desk work I'd love to use my hands and learn some practical skills and actually see what I have done. Hope that makes sense to you :).

Was noch ...

I love to read - probably an occupational hazard :). And I love drinking green tea and eat chocolate. That's kind of a perfect time for me: drinking a cup of tea with some chocolate to snack and immerse myself in a good book. I like hiking and photography and exploring nature. On the other hand I also can spend hours in a museum or a city just strolling through streets and alleys. A few years ago I started playing the violin. To stay fit I do a lot of Pilates.
