I like knowing that I can contribute something to make a difference, through my listening skills, my positive attitude and my dedication.

I love discovering food during my travels and especially discovering the local culture of the countries I visit.

I adapt quickly to new situations and new people.
Over the last few years, I have done a lot of cycling trips which have given me a lot of resilience and perseverance. I give my 100% in all the tasks that I undertake and that I enjoy.

During the last 3 years I had a business in food industrie back in Montreal, I took care of the organization and management of it.

I also have a lot of aptitude for working outside, I worked for a few months planting trees and taking care of farm animals. In addition, I had a garden for several years, which I loved taking care of. I am not afraid of physical tasks and I like learning new things.

One of my passions is food, as much discovering it as making food for people.
I travel for 3 reasons : food, people and landscapes.

Cycling travel is also a passion, I did travel in more than 30 countries by cycling.

I am very interested in introspection and sincere discussions. I like to practice yoga and meditation.

I love spending time with friends playing board games and chatting.

Sport is at the center of my occupations.
