Hi!
I'm Clément Saccoccio,
I'm currently a 23 years old student in embedded systems, and as I'm getting closer to graduation, I'm eager to take a break before starting my career, in order to take my mind off things.
A friend recommended Workaway to me. Indeed, it looks like the perfect way to travel and to meet very welcoming people. What I also like, is the volunteering aspect. I like the idea to travel while feeling useful, helping the family and/or community that welcomes you.
I enjoy nature and the calmness of remote places. I also link climbing (which I started practicing recently), and I love animals.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
In my free time, I like to work on electronic projects. I find it fulfilling to work with my hands and create something functional or beautiful. It's also important to me to be mindful of waste and do my part for the environment. That's why I have a personal policy of never throwing away electronic devices that can be repaired. Whenever something breaks down, I try to fix it myself before considering a replacement. It's amazing what you can learn and achieve with a little effort and patience.
As for my work experience, I've had the opportunity to work in various fields, including agriculture. In particular, I've worked several seasonal jobs in the vineyards of the Médoc, near Bordeaux. It was hard work, but also rewarding in its own way. I gained a deeper appreciation for the dedication and skill required to produce quality products. Overall, I feel grateful for these experiences and look forward to learning and exploring more in the future.
