Hi!

My name is Ciarán, I am 27, Half English Half Irish but was raised in Bangkok.

I have worked in Sustainability in London for the past 5 years and am looking to take a break from corporate life to work on a farm in Spain. A dream of mine has always been to buy a some land and farm it, so I am looking to explore what this looks like day to day and to test the waters!

I speak an intermediate level of Spanish and am also looking to get used to speaking it and listening to it to improve my language skills, with the plan to permanently move to Madrid towards the end of 2026!

I have experience landscaping and as a labourer.

I have cleared unwanted plants and structures to make way for new designs. I have laid paths, using sand and cement. I have rendered walls and built basic timber structures.

I am not an expert by any means but am more than able to get my hands dirty and have enough experience to figures something out and ask for help when needed.

In my spare time I do a lot of endurance sports (cycling, swimming, and running), and have completed a number of marathons and triathlons.
