I am multi-skilled with years of experience in many fields. My original training was in the RAAF as an Aircraft Engineering Apprentice when I was 15 years old. My RAAF service totaled 9 years servicing and repairing many operational RAAF Aircraft. Since then I have had many careers including designing and building wheelchairs and associated equipment for the Woodville Spastic Centre, servicing and repairing professional cameras, promoting welding equipment throughout Europe and lecturing in Aquaponics Worldwide.
I designed and built my own home in Andamooka in the 1990s. I have been Wwoofing in Australia since the 1990,s helping on cattle and sheep stations throughout Australia as well as Organic Farms.
I am multi skilled and I can do Welding, Metal fabrication, Soldering, Carpentry, Electrical work, Plumbing, Car Maintenance, Building Construction, Machine Operator eg, Tractor, Bobcat, Excavator. I also have a SA heavy vehicle truck license.
I can operate farm machinery also.
Besides doing my normal Workaway duties helping you with any project/farm work that you want I would be happy to share to design and build you an Aquaponics Ecosystem in my free non Workaway Work Time.
Previous to Covid I spent 16 years traveling/volunteering the World Lecturing about Organic Aquaponics and Designing and Constructing Aquaponics Ecosystems in Australia Asia, Europe, Canada and the USA to help people to grow Organic Vegetables and Fish in their own homes and gardens to improve their health and life style.
Aquaponic Ecosystems are not affected by drought because they recycle the same water over and over again.
Unfortunately I cant return to my Aquaponics Projects overseas in SE Asia because of the Covid-19 situation.

SIMPLE AQUAPONICS EXPLANATION
Aquaponics is an amalgam of "Aquaculture" and "Hydroponics" resulting in sustainable food production system.
This technique of growing food is based on natural process called "NITROGEN CYCLE" where the ammonia excreted by fish is broken down into useful nutrients. These nutrients are then being absorbed by plants for their growth and water is re-circulated back into the system.
I have designed and built an Aquaponics Ecosystem at "Home and Life" Orphanage in Phang Nga, Thailand(photos).
I designed and built the Aquaponics Ecosystem there to teach the Orphans how to grow food sustainably.
I also organized an Aquaponics construction team made up of "Youth Link Volunteers" from Utah, USA at a School for Myanmar Children in Khao Lak, Thailand.
Before Thailand I designed and built a Commercial Aquaponics Ecosystem in Hong Kong for CityPonics.
In Taiwan I designed, built and ran an Aquaponics Ecosystem for Ananda Marga Suruci Meditation and Yoga Center(workaway).
I also designed and built an Aquaponics Ecosystem rooftop project from recycled containers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which is completely solar powered.
I completed a larger Aquaponics Ecosystem in Raub, Malaysia.
My latest Indoor Vertical Aquaponics project was for a Charity called "The Caring Place" in Allentown PA, USA
Over December 2018-January2019 I traveled to Zurich, Switzerland to design and build an Aquaponics Ecosystem for a workaway family so they could have fresh organic vegetables over their very cold winters.
In 2019 before the pandemic I was designing and building Aquaponics Ecosystems in South Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam.

I have a trade qualification as an Aircraft Engineer so I can work and fix just about anything.
I built my own house in Andamooka, South Australia.
