I am Sydney born Australian 31 year old male. I am currently doing my PhD in Biodiversity at the University of Malta. I did my Masters in Agriculture in Germany Goettingen. I am looking for the opportunity to work, learn new culture and take a break .

I've done three workaways (France, Swiss, Italy - which were all 1-3 months long - which were amazing memories for me) and more cultural stays. I enjoy research on innovative new food like cactus, duckweed, insects and seaweed. My particular interest is in Fichi d'India (or Prickly pear). I have since 2014 lived out side Australia for more then 8 years studying travelling to 30 + countries in that time.

I am really passionate about food and agriculture and love to see new landscapes and peoples interaction with food. I really enjoy also sharing local people lives and get a feel for the culture of places rather then touristic places. I am really old fashioned and I collect postcards from all my travels sending them home to Sydney.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am quick learning and have traveled quite extensively over the past 6 years. I am alreadty worked as a dog walker in Sicily which was such a great experience. I am very friendly and always bubbly to talk to. Always smiling and easy nature to get along with.

I love to share a tea and coffee and talk.
I am a PhD student in sustainable agriculture and have worked in horticulture for numerous years - so love to be out doors and garden.
I also like to clean and happy and willing to. Due to my agriculture background I like animals and happy to help.
My brother also has down syndrome so I have been an adult career for most of his life and used to being a carer for his needs.

I always love to cook some Australian deserts like lamination and pavlova with my hosts.

Was noch ...

I may during the days be a little bit of a digital nomad however I really enjoy tennis and hitting the ball. As an Australian i love to relax by the seaside and watch sunsets with the sea breeze. I also really enjoy mountains - I have hiked on the 3 tallest mountains in China and 2 of the tallest mountain in South East Asia. I love the feeling being above the clouds.

I really enjoy cafes share stories with friends.
