  • Beschreibung

I consider people the biggest joy and magic of all, they are the glue of our existence. Meeting new people, learning from each other, and helping each other are the foundations on which I build my dreams.
I find traveling the best way to strengthen these foundations.
Constructive challenges and new perspectives feed my joy and my motivation to become a better person. Music has been a loyal companion my whole life, my favorite way to communicate and express my creativity. The love for Nature is a big drive in my journey, its simplicity, beauty, and therapeutic power never cease to amaze me.
Discovery, the limitless lessons we can find in every experience we undertake, every moment we live, and everyone we meet, whether they are easy and pleasant or difficult and challenging, are the fuel that feeds my curiosity and my need to explore and grow.
The idea of a community where people, nature and true genuine expression are at once, in synergy and harmony, is the ongoing project I dedicate my life to.

  • Was könntest du arbeiten?

My expertise ranges from a variety of things.
I love hands-on work: building things, creating, and organizing.I am very independent, organized, and good at time management.

I am enthusiastic about learning new skills and undertaking the challenges involved in the process, understanding my limitations and how I can improve, and pushing them forward.

I also really appreciate working as part of a team, adjusting to the needs of a group, and learning how to communicate effectively in that dynamic.

I think both situations are equally instructive, in different ways. In my experience, I have observed myself gravitating more toward working alone, but I find working in a team incredibly useful to notice negative self-patterns I might not be aware of, and I really value that.

    Professions and skills:

Musician: Music is my passion. I have been playing guitar since I was 6 years old, and ever since I have cultivated this practice through a diversity of experiences, from busking to recording and producing music, from local gigs to festivals and sound journeys. I am a multi-instrumentalist folk singer-songwriter, and I am venturing into the understanding of medicine music and music healing. I think music and sound are some of the biggest healing resources we have as human beings, both for ourselves and for others. I have a big repertoire of covers and a small treasure of original material that is ever-expanding.

Teacher: In England, I am a music teacher. I teach guitar, ukulele, and drums to children and adults. I find teaching one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. To be able to transmit my passion to somebody else and watch them improve and develop their own passion is a priceless feeling.I am very keen to teach languages, even if I have never done it before. I am fluent in Italian and English. I can speak and understand Spanish; I really like it as a language, and I want to improve and master it.

Healing: I don't have any diplomas in this field, but this has become a very important part of my adult life, perhaps the most important. Having worked for the past 3 years in a Native American and crystal shop in Brighton, I have developed an understanding of the energies, spirit, and power that surround us and hold us in our daily lives. I have an extended knowledge of crystals, and I have recently started hosting retreats and workshops that include sound healing, voice activation, and cacao ceremonies. To deepen my knowledge of how I can be of service to myself and others and learn more about energies and healing is now one of my priorities.

Event organizer: Since I was a teenager, I have always loved bringing people together. Organizing parties and events and looking after all the details involved to create a meaningful and fulfilling experience for everyone is one of my strongest skills. I have organized numerous music events, like open mics and gigs, social gatherings, workshops, and retreats.

Builder: In my first years in England, since my English wasn't very good, I found work as a laborer, helping on building sites. I find the process of helping to build something big and everlasting, like a house, one of the most satisfying experiences of my life. I also really enjoyed the physical side of the job, and I am always up for helping people build things.

Product photography: In the last 3 years, I have developed a skill that has allowed me to work with photography. Using my passion to work with different businesses in Brighton and enrich their websites and brand identity, like the website of the shop I work in, Two Feathers. (https://twofeathers.co.uk/)

Content creator: As a musician and creator, I always had to come up with numerous forms of content, including graphics, videos, posters, etc. Combining graphics, images, sounds, and videos to help promote and express artistic vision is one of my biggest passions.

Hospitality: My high school degree was in hospitality, where I learned how to be a cook, waiter, and bartender for high-end hospitality. I realized soon that high-end hospitality wasn't an environment I particularly wanted to thrive in, but working in modest bars, pubs, and restaurants has been really fun and has taught me a lot in regards to being organized, sharpening my social skills, being part of a team, and being efficient under pressure. I love cooking for myself and for friends. I have worked in kitchens in my teenage years and at my family's Bed&Breakfast "Il Posto Delle Rose" in Almenno San Salvatore, Italy, my hometown. My skills mainly involve Italian cuisine, but I am very keen to expand my culinary repertoire. As for bars, it has been my main profession in my early twenties. I have a good understanding of cocktails, stockkeeping, and customer service.

Crafts: In my travels in Central America, I have learned how to make macramé. I love the meditative side of it and the concept of weaving energy into a piece. I mainly work with crystals. I make and sell macramé crystal jewelry. Part of my income these days comes from this.

Social Skills: To get to know people, entertain them, help them with their needs, and learn from them is something that has always been a constant in my professions and in my goals in life. I love socializing! To make friends, create, and enter communities, feeding the seed of connection wherever I am in the world, is my biggest pride and surely the most meaningful part of life.

Tech skills: I have a good understanding of technology and computers. Often at work, I am the one people turn to if there is a technology-related problem they need assistance with. My IT skills include Microsoft Office, Mac, Photoshop, Logic, Imovie, Final Cut Pro, video editing, and social media management.

Driver: In my years in Italy, I have worked as a delivery driver for my dad's business. He was a winemaker, and I was doing regular deliveries of wine for him. I have a valid driving license, and I love driving.

Babysitting: Over the years, I have worked as a babysitter. I really enjoy spending time with children; I find it a great reminder of how beautiful life can be when watched through innocent eyes. The energy that comes from them never ceases to amaze me and to teach me how important it is to look after the next generation. I think it's important to make sure they learn how to develop strength and identity, free from the bias that comes from society and the wrong use of technology, while at the same time keeping alive that playfulness and laughter in them that often, even us as adults, forget to nurture and cultivate.
