Daughter of the Sun, sailor Moon, master of detail, driven by curiosity and sharing.
Always want to add something wherever I go...

Dedicating my lifetime to places where consciousness vibrates high is also raising the collective frequency, so that way, we can vibrate stronger together!

My mission is to project, transform, unite, care and heal.
Like to make things happen :)

Status: Completely free to get to know new projects or communities. Possibility of staying for a short or long term (depending on what makes the most sense at the moment).

ºº Cook º Medicine Food º
I love cook and create new recipes ( zero waste).
I try to apply living medicine in the kitchen as much as possible, a touch of Ayurveda or Macrobiotics, it depends... and whenever possible, I like to harvest wild plants + flowers + fruits that Mother Earth gives us for free to put on our plates.

ºº Art / Upcycle / DIY º
Transforming materials, giving them new shapes and uses, putting all your imagination and dedication into something unique is in fact one of the things that gives me the most satisfaction. My motto: "Nothing is wasted, everything is transformed!"

ºº Children / Play and Be happy º
If there are children around, my attention will immediately go to them... Maybe I'm still very much in touch with my inner child and therefore playing always seems like a great idea. I have taught artistic expression classes to children in the past, so I like to encourage this playful and creative universe of a thousand worlds and possibilities.

ºº Soil Regeneration º
Despite having an academic background in Organic Farming (I never worked on it), it was in other practices and philosophies that I focused my interest (Permaculture, Syntropic Agriculture, biodynamics, etc...) I continue to learn permanently but I have basic notions and some experience :)

ºº Eco Building º
Some experience in Eco construction, not enough to be autonomous in developing a project from scratch but I believe that the basic notions I have are enough to be a good help in any project that is already being developed.

ºº Remodeling/Decor º
Painting walls, making small repairs, decorating interior or exterior spaces (renewed energy), artistic painting, beautifying every corner with all the attention and love, remodeling furniture, etc...

ºº Clean, organize and improve º
My small percentage of OCD makes this task give me a great satisfaction. Separating things into categories, creating a tidying method, all those things that no one has the patience for... I do! ;)

ºº Other species friends º
Caring for and connecting with animals has been the most beautiful and profound discovery.
Captivating the attention of another Being through a process of respect and trust is something I have been working on a lot lately and that I definitely want to continue discovering :)

That said,
if your project, place, mission appeals to my heart and I feel that I can be really useful and help, you can expect someone to be extremely enthusiastic and motivated :) I won't leave without being sure that I have added something special :)

ºº Cozinhar º Comida Medicinaº
Amo cozinhar e inventar novas receitas ( zero waste).
Tento o mais possível aplicar medicina viva na cozinha, um toque de Ayurveda ou Macrobiótica, depende... e sempre que possível gosto de colher todas as plantinhas selvagens + flores + frutos que a Mãe Terra nos dá de graça para colocar no prato.

ºº Arte / Upcycle / DIY º
Transformar materiais, dar novas formas e utilidades, colocar toda a imaginaçao e dedicacao em algo único é de facto das coisas que me dá mais satisfação. O meu lema: "Nada se desperdiça, tudo se transforma!"

ºº Crianças / Brincar e Ser feliz º
Se houverem crianças por perto a minha atenção irá de imediato para elas... Talvez ainda esteja muito em contacto com a minha criança interior e portanto brincar parece-me sempre uma ótima ideia. Dei aulas de expressão artística a crianças no passado, portanto, gosto de estimular para esse universo lúdico e criativo de mil mundos e possibilidades.

ºº Regeneração do Solo º
Apesar de ter formação académica em Agricultura Biológica (nunca exerci), foi noutras práticas e filosofias que foquei o meu interesse (Permacultura, Agricultura Sintrópica, biodinamica etc...) continuo em aprendizagem permanente mas tenho noções básicas e alguma experiência :)

ºº Eco Construção º
Alguma experiência em Eco construção, não suficiente para ser autônoma a desenvolver um projeto de raiz mas creio que as noções básicas que tenho são suficientes para ser uma boa ajuda em algum projeto que já esteja a ser desenvolvido.

ºº Remodelação/ Decoração º
Pintar paredes, fazer pequenos reparos, decorar espaços interiores ou exteriores ( energia renovada), pintura artística, embelezar cada cantinho com toda a atenção e amor, remodelar mobílias etc...

ºº Limpar, organizar e estruturar º
A minha pequena percentagem de OCD faz com esta tarefa me dê uma satisfação imensa. Separar coisas por categorias, criar método de arrumação, todas esses coisas que ninguém tem paciência, eu tenho! ;)

ºº Amigos de outras espécies º
Cuidar e conectar com animais tem sido a mais bonita e profunda descoberta.
Cativar a atenção de outro Ser através de um processo de respeito e confiança é algo a que me tenho dedicado bastante nos últimos tempos e que sem dúvida, quero continuar a descobrir :)

Dito isto,
se o teu projeto, lugar, missão me apelarem ao coração e se sentir que posso ser realmente útil e ajudar, podes esperar alguém extremamente entusiasta e motivado:) Não me irei embora sem ter a certeza que acrescentei algo especial :)
