I am travelling around New Zealand in my van, doing workaways and pet/house sitting. I'm always looking for the best surf and hikes in the area and love getting to know new people!

Beschreibung

I am a civil engineer from Ireland who loves to travel, surf and go on adventures! I am currently travelling around New Zealand on a working holiday visa in my campervan. I love the outdoors and animals, which is why I enjoy volunteering at people's homes that are located in scenic areas of the country and pets are always a plus. I grew up with dogs and cats in the house so I am comfortable and confident caring for pets.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am a qualified civil engineer with 3 years of experience and I have a basic knowledge of construction work from a couple of summers working as a labourer on building sites. Growing up, I was out in the garden and workshop at home with my dad where I helped with all sorts of DIY, gardening, painting and other odd jobs. I have an interest and hobbies in woodworking, art and surfboard making/repairing, so I am good with my hands and creating things. I am the type of person who will do my best to solve a problem on my own and learn how to do it from others or the internet, provided it is safe to do so!

Was noch ...

I am also pet and home sitting for people while I am in New Zealand so I am used looking after and walking all sorts of animals. Because I have my van, I can be flexible with the living arrangements, for example if you need me to leave the house for a couple of days or a weekend, it should not be a problem.
