During my gap year I would like to gain real world experience and get out of my comfort zone in Estonia.

Hi! I am eager to learn new life and language skills, explore new terrains and places. My source of happiness comes from my hobbies which include, but are not limited to folk dancing and playing instruments (mainly piano and accordion) . I also deeply care for my friends and family, who have encouraged me to tell silly jokes, be kind, helpful and open.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My work experience consists of youth work, in which I painted park benches and houses, did lots of yard work, helped tidy up an old mansion for a charity event. I have volunteered at both domestic and international biathlon races, I double checked if athletes did their penalty circles and also worked at the shooting range operation booth. At the moment, I am working at a restaurant as a server and I have gained knowledge about etiquette, food and wine pairings and serving skills.

Was noch ...

I have always been a very actice person, I love hiking and playing sports outside. Also I have competitively done downhill skiing and dancing as well. Music also a huge part of my life, I enjoy singing in a choir, playing the accordion and the piano and dancing folk dances. I like playing board games with my friends and family, my favourite is definitely an Estonian game called “Mees, kes teadis ussisõnu” (“A man who knew snake tounge”). I enjoy making food for myself and I like baking, the fruits of my labor I send for my friends to try:). During quiet times and long journeys I enjoy reading.
