Beschreibung

Hello lovely people! My name is Sarah and I am an excited about life traveller who likes to travel without too much of a plan as I find spontaneity and being open to possibility gives space for the most wonderful experiences and connections to happen. I am an eager and fast learner, always ready to work hard and do things well. I'm from BC Canada and have grown up with the mountains, forest, and ocean near me and therefore value them very much. I love camping and hiking and feel most alive when I am outside and working with my body. Traveling, working, meeting people and making meaningful connections is what speaks to me the most right now. I am passionate about writing and film. I am interested in traveling in a way that allows me to be immersed in different types of lifestyles while also being able to use my skills to give back to the people and places I visit. I would really like to work on some projects that involve building so that I accuire the skills to build myself a home. I am on a solo backpacking trip in Southeast Asia it's it's surrounding countries and I'm planning to stay for 8 months or so, but keeping it very open

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have worked at a cafe, restaurant and pub for multiple years, as a waiter, cook and barista, so I have skills in making food and working with people. Volunteering at a farm gave me experience in gardening, and taking care of the land and animals. I've also spent multiple summers working as a camp counselor so I have lots of experience with children and with teaching theatre, art, and other activities. I did construction for my school where I painted, did woodworking, poured concrete, and helped build classrooms. I spent some time volunteering at a home for adults with special needs and together we created a show of music, dance, and theatre.
I am very dedicated and put my full effort into everything I do. I am a fast learner, good at following directions, and open to trying new things.
