I’m motivated by meeting new people, learning from different cultures, and creating good vibes wherever I go. I feel happiest when I can be active, help others, and see real progress , whether it’s improving something in a hostel, organizing tasks, or supporting a team. Traveling, sports, and language learning (especially Spanish & Portuguese) give me energy, and I love sharing that energy with others.

I’m a highly reliable, organized and hands on person with strong experience in operations and project coordination. In my professional career I worked as a Technical Operations Manager, where I managed international projects, coordinated teams and partners, and made sure everything runs smoothly, even under pressure.

Because of this background, I’m very good at structured work, communication and problemsolving. I like taking responsibility, working independently, and bringing order into daily routines.

My key skills include:
• Hospitality & Guest Support: welcoming guests, helping with check-ins, answering questions, creating good vibes
• Teamwork & Communication: friendly, respectful, openminded and easy to work with
• Practical Help: basic maintenance support, setting up things, helping with daily tasks
• Tech & Digital Skills: spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), checklists, process optimization, basic troubleshooting
