Beschreibung

We are an Austrian couple and have accompanied our children into adulthood. We worked in the psychosocial environment for many years, had our own psychotherapeutic clinic in Austria, which we closed 5 years ago. Since then we are on the road, with the motivation to gain many different experiences and to contribute something meaningful. During the winter months we try to do sustainabel things, for example such as social missions in Sierra Leone and India, where we provided trainings for the local social workers with topics like trauma stabilization, trauma healing and counseling skills. Beside that we also could already gain experiences as "workawayers" in 2020 in an Ayurveda center in India and 2021 on a finca on La Palma, what we appreciated a lot! During the European summer months we run a mountain hut in the Austrian Alps where we host hikers. In between all these activities, we spend intensive time with our children and grandchildren, which is also very important to us.
On our travels social commitment, networking with people from different backgrounds and love for nature is very important to us.
We are nature-loving, circumspect people, have a quick perception, are very flexible, always interested in learning new things and love to interact with people.

We have a good understanding for people, love to accompany and support people in their psychic growth or healing, love to host other people, are prudent and respectful, flexible and have a high level of social competence.
We are nature orientated, environmentally and health conscious and are in a good physical condition.

We are certified psychotherapists with many years of professional experience in couple therapy, psychiatry, developed outdoor concepts for drug addicts, are co-founders of an eco-settlement and have many years of experience in alternative school system. Besides Barbara is a Yin-Yoga teacher, Do-In teacher (taoist (preventive) health care) and Shiatsu practitioner.
