We produce the first speciality coffee in Europe in our small Finca,were coffee trees grow together with Mango, Chirimoya, Avocado and other trees in a ecologic harmony
We life a smooth and happy life,have a healthy normal food ( also sometimes meat...!) with a good energy given also from our animals ( dogs,cats,chicken and turkeys).
Now we are about 10 years going on with this platform,and we only pause it when our family members come to help with coffee production.
We offer a seperated room with own bathroom and shared comunity space like kitchen,salon and livingroom,WIFI,, of course 3 meals a day all the week.
We are situated close to Santa Cruz ( about 20minutes by feet) and all buslines are also close to us.
So if we dont smoke,we want that in the house the people dont smoke also
The work to realise is all what has to do we coffee and the prozessing of that,so you also will have the oportunity to learn all about coffeeprozessing,what normaly is knowledge adquiered in courses,something realy apreciated in this moments.
Somos productores del primer café de especialidad en Europa en nuestra pequeña finca, donde los cafetos se dan la mano con los aguacateros, Mangos Chirimoyeros,etc,en una simbiosis orgánica casi perfecta.
Procuramos una vida tranquila, con buena alimentación y mucha energía que nos dan nuestros animales ( Gatos ,perros, pollos pavos, etc,...)
Llevamos mas de diez años vinculados a esa plataforma, únicamente en pausa cuando vienen nuestros familiares de fuera de la isla quieren colaborar unos meses en los trabajos de la finca.
Ofrecemos una habitación con baño privado, wifi y espacios abiertos compartidos. Las tres comidas durante toda la semana.
La finca esta cerca de Santa Cruz y muy bien comunicada en transporte publico.
También se accede caminando por un camino rural en menos de veinte minutos.
NO fumamos y no nos gusta que se fume dentro de casa.
El trabajo a realizar es el propio de una finca cafetera, que además posibilita adquirir conocimientos sobre el mundo del café de origen ,algo muy valioso en esos momentos.

The house and the garden are beautiful, really like a little paradies. I was always amazed by the stunning view at the landscape and the sea from the terrace. I sometimes enjoyed to walk the path down to santa cruz, which takes one hour, but is very nice.
