Hi, my name is Baptiste.
I’m French and currently traveling in Colombia.
I enjoy meeting local people, learning Spanish, and having authentic experiences. That’s why I’m interested in volunteering through Workaway.
I’m a calm, respectful, and open-minded person. I adapt easily and enjoy sharing everyday life with others.
At the moment, I’m taking Spanish classes and I’m really motivated to practice every day. My level is basic, but I’m eager to learn and improve.
In my free time, I like walking, spending time in nature, discovering new places, and watching movies. I appreciate simple things, good conversations, and cultural exchange.
During my travels, I’m looking to help, learn new skills, and experience local life in a meaningful way.

I’m interested in learning and sharing languages. My main goal is to improve my Spanish and practice it in everyday life. I can help informally with French (my native language) and also with English, mainly through simple conversations or language exchange. I’m not a teacher, but I enjoy sharing, learning together, and helping when I can. Estoy interesado en aprender y compartir idiomas. Mi objetivo principal es mejorar mi español y practicar en la vida diaria. Puedo ayudar de manera informal con francés (mi lengua materna) y también con inglés, a través de conversaciones simples o intercambio de idiomas. No soy profesor, pero me gusta compartir, aprender juntos y ayudar cuando es posible.

I have experience in different areas.
I grew up in the countryside, so I’m comfortable helping with basic household and gardening tasks.
I also did volunteer work for two months on a dairy farm, where I learned how to work in a rural environment and follow daily routines.
I lived in New Zealand for one year, where I worked in hospitality.
There, I developed strong customer service skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
I’m a calm, kind, and attentive person.
I adapt easily and, above all, I’m very motivated to learn new things and help wherever needed.

Tengo experiencia en diferentes áreas.
Crecí en el campo, así que sé ayudar con tareas básicas de la casa y del jardín.
También hice voluntariado durante dos meses en una granja de vacas lecheras, donde aprendí a trabajar en el campo y a seguir rutinas diarias.
Viví un año en Nueva Zelanda, donde trabajé en hospitality.
Ahí desarrollé un buen servicio al cliente, trabajo en equipo y responsabilidad.
Soy una persona tranquila, amable y atenta.
Me adapto fácilmente y, sobre todo, tengo muchas ganas de aprender cosas nuevas y ayudar en lo que sea necesario.
