Hi!

My name is Axelle, I am 23 years old. I studied psychology, but since September 2024, I have been taking time off to travel and work, to discover myself a little more and explore the world.

I returned at the end of September from a wonderful six-month trip to South America, where I traveled to Brazil, Peru, and Colombia. In January 2025, I plan to begin a new trip to Southeast Asia.

I am very excited to discover the beauty of these countries, immerse myself in the local cultures, improve my English, and maybe even my Spanish if I have the opportunity.

I really enjoy volunteering during my travels. It gives a little more meaning to what I am experiencing because I find it important to meet locals to truly discover the country.

I would like to resume my studies in September 2025, which could open doors for me in the humanitarian field. That's why I would really like to find volunteer opportunities with NGOs, in schools, or in places where I can be useful and help in any way I can.

I am a very social person, curious and open to everything, from new encounters to unique experiences. For me, traveling is a way to enrich myself and live fully in the present moment. I love taking care of children and animals, and I am passionate about nature, mountains, and hiking.

I am looking for hosts who I can help, who want to share their lifestyle with me and, if possible, show me around their region.

We’ve worked in various fields, such as restaurants, food production, retail, and even in an ice cream shop! These experiences taught us how to quickly adapt to new environments. We enjoy taking initiative, being proactive, and helping out wherever it’s needed.

When it comes to cooking, it’s a real passion (especially for Louise!). We love preparing meals, trying out new recipes, and most importantly, making others happy through food. We’d be thrilled to help with cooking, whether it’s for one person or a group.

We grew up surrounded by animals, so we know exactly how to take care of them and give them the attention they need. Whether it's feeding, walking, or simply spending time with them, we’d love to help out with your pets!

We’re not afraid to get our hands dirty and we love working outdoors. Whether it’s gardening, DIY projects, painting, or general maintenance, we’re happy to lend a hand for any type of manual work.

If you’d like to improve your French, we can help! Whether through casual conversations or more structured lessons, we’d be happy to assist you in learning.
