We are an Australian couple, Ashleigh (30 yo female) and Mike (37 yo male) traveling through South America. We are looking forward to completing some volunteering during this travel. We have particular interest in nature and all animals (but especially dogs).

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Ashleigh is a qualified environmental adviser in Australia having completed a lot of environmental studies (groundwater, surface water, soils sampling and results interpretation) and previously volunteered in wildlife’s and rehabilitation centres (cleaning, preparing meals, handling animals). I hope to learn more hands on skills (building fences ect.) as well as further interactions with animals during our volunteering.
Mike is a qualified tyre fitter working long shifts on the mines in Western Australia. He has hands on skills previously undertaking renovations in houses as well as some mechanical skills on cars. He is an animal lover and we have a dog and cat back in Western Australia that we adore. He is also keen on further interactions with animals during our volunteering time.

Was noch ...

We love nature and hiking. Any volunteer projects where we get to be outdoors would be amazing. As mentioned, we adore animals and are looking forward to caring for animals as much as possible. We have experience in housesitting in Australia, looking after dogs and cats, as well as looking after our own animals.
