I'm an architect by education and a chef by profession. I'm from South India, and I lived between Rome and Copenhagen for many years dividing my time between a lukewarm master's degree and a volcanic magma spewing french restaurant. In the past year I've been traveling Italy working in restaurants in Siena and Milan absorbing and swimming in contemporary Italian cuisine.Despite inhabiting work hours of a work horse, I do find time occasionally to travel and this is truly my precious pocket of joy. Constantly in pursuit of lofty goals, but in truth mostly looking for genuine, honest, improvised relationships with people anywhere and everywhere nurtured by a delicious meal and stories from travel and frolic. I love to cook, hike, draw, write, bake bread and tell stories, order unpronounceable dishes in faraway restaurants, run, nurture, augment, help, and other delicious delights that breed contentment.
