Hey!
My name is Anna, I’m from Germany and I’m 30 years old. I grew up on a little farm with all kind of animals like horses, sheep, chicken, dogs and cats. To this day I still live with up to six horses and our two dogs on our own little property. I’m used to hard work and am not afraid to get dirty.
I’ve a bachelors degree and work as an educator at a daycare (we call it Kindergarten) and am also the deputy manager there.
I’ve already spent a year abroad as an Au Pair back in 2014 and I would say I’m pretty fluent in English.
My friends describe me as hardworking, easy to be around and kind.
I’m always eager for new adventures and hope I’ll make some lifelong memories through Workaway.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Next to German I’m fluent in English and can speak a little bit of Swedish.
I’ve a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and am currently working as the deputy head of our kindergarten.
Next to my full time job I tutor students in Englisch and German and work in a little factory where I prepare the pieces they are building for delivery and sometimes also deliver them all over Germany.

I live on a small farm with up to 6 horses and two dogs. I’m used to early mornings and being hands on.
Daily tasks are:
-feeding the animals
-mucking out the stable and the paddock
-grooming
-exercise my horses
- and daily tasks in my apartment as well

Other tasks are checking fences and repairing them and also keeping track of the feeding supplies.

I also used to work in our riding club stable on the weekends where I was in charge of feeding up to 60 horses and giving riding lessons.

I’ve done an internship with a vet and can to basic veterinarian care myself like deworming or giving vaccinations. I’m also sensitive to see the signs of a colic in horses.

I grew up riding horses and used to compete in show jumping up to 130cm.
My Mom is professional horse trainer and I always help her breaking in the young horses.

We’ve been a womans only household for a while, so I’m used to doing little repairs around the house and the property myself.
I’m not afraid of heights and am always eager to help and learn something new.

Was noch ...

Besides riding, I recently started running and quite like it.
I like a relaxing evening outside and watching the sunset everywhere I go.
