Hi! We're Anne and Ángel! We met some years ago in beautiful Netherlands, and now we are looking forward to go to many new places, meet new people, and learn new things.

A little bit about us:

Ángel: I'm a Dutch/Mexican engineer. 6 years ago I got the travel bug, quit my job, and moved all across the world to experience new things. I am a friendly person, always trying to look at things positively.

I'm here to:
Meet new people.
Daydream.
Be amazed at the freedom we can achieve if we set our minds to it.
Being part of a community.
Make meaningful connections.
Travel, and help.
Give a little of my time and energy, for a world of opportunities.

Anne: I'm a Netherlands born, happy person that loves to explore new adventures. During my master studies, focused on Energy and Environmental Sciences, I got in touch with many people from outside Netherlands. This made me realise how fun it is to get to know other cultures.

Also, I love trying out new hobbies and learning about new topics. I like reading, dancing, singing, sailing, horse riding, learning about birds and plants, swimming, hiking and making puzzles. Since two years or so I have also started learning photography, and I'm looking forward to expanding my experience with that during our travels. Traveling in general, and specifically WorkAway experiences, seem like the perfect opportunity to be in new environments and learn new skills.

We want to continue our dream of getting to know the world, its places, and more importantly, the people in it.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Angel has professional experience as a Chemical Engineer, so he can help in water installations, pumps, pipings, etc. That said, between both of us we've also worked as pizza maker, cashier and waitress.

If needed, we don't mind working in manual labor such as fruit picking, or getting down and dirty with farm animals :) Angel spent a bit of his childhood with family in ranches, so a bit of mud on the hands is no big deal.

Angel speaks Spanish as a first language, and is fluent in English, as well as knowing some Italian and Dutch.

Anne speaks Dutch as a first language, and is also fluent in English, as well as having quite a good level of Spanish.

Finally, we know we're not the most unbiased reviewers, but we can honestly say that we are dedicated workers, and don't slack on the job.

Was noch ...

We love walking in new cities, meeting new people, learning other countries history (and sharing ours), discussing religion, politics, and all the other simple things in life, and feeling the rain on our faces.

We are here to love each other, help each other, and learn from each other.
