Ich bin gerade

Beschreibung

Dear lovely hosts, workawayers or anyone who ends up reading my bio,

I am Andris, but you can call me Andrew or Drew but if you have spare nickname to give away, I'm down for that.

Right now I am spending my "last free summer" - it may sounds a bit depressing but this thought makes me want to get the best out of it. It only means that on my next summer I have to be an intern by a company so I probably can't go volunteering for a month.

I am 22 years old by the way, I study Computer Science, from Hungary :)

I've been on a workaway before, in a hostel in Zagreb. I loved every minute of it and would love to do something similar this summer. I also had quite a few summer / part time jobs, mostly in tourism but I've also been teaching. Based on my previous jobs, I can confidentely tell that my strength definitely is working with people. I can open up and find common ground with other people effortlessly, especially in English.

I've been volunteering for Erasmus Student Network for 2 years from now and have also been on Erasmus in northern Spain.

During the day I love spending my time outdoors, especially hiking, going to the beach and spend time with my friends, and the nights are for going out, let it be a rave or a live concert.

In the long run I want to live a stressless life, trying to avoid burning out during a 9-5 job, I either want to be a digital nomad or have a small farm :)

I consider myself a chill person when it comes to communicate with other people, it's hard to make me angry, so I can deal with different situations calmly.
When I studied tourism, I did it in english, so i can talk fluently and understand different accents, since I had classmates from all around the world.

I'm working precise and hard, even if it is a not so pleasant duty.

Was noch ...

I lived in a dormitory so I don't need much privacy, and also my standards about accomodation are pretty low. And yes, we partied there everyday... :D
