Hey, I'm Anaïs!
My keywords are unconditional love, softness and transformation. I play with the sun and with the water, I respect the fire and the trees, and I wish to melt into this life with open heart.

I'm originally from France, but I've been based in the Netherlands for the last 7 years. I have been travelling with my backpack around the world in the last years, mainly in New Zealand, Portugal, South Africa, Canada and Mexico.
It's now been a few years that I dream of creating spaces to live freely and openly, in love with ourselves, the others and the land ; to be in community, to weave a village with trust. I want to create bridges between alternative lifestyles and more "normalized" society ; to have my heart and hand open for anyone and everything.

I am passionate and work a lot with ;
Dancing, somatics, the world of conscious embodiement and playful movement
Bodywork and massage therapy, healing through touch
Cooking, baking, serving food and making it beautiful, delicious, pleasurable

I love to serve, to create beauty and to learn in communities of exchange and open communication ; I seek places where people live in sustainable ways, based around respect, acceptance, sharing, and speaking one's truth.

I am a bodyworker, I work with touch therapy and holding safe spaces. I can also give massage workshops.
I work a lot with space-holding, supporting open communication and emotional processes.
I can bake and cook quite well / guide a kitchen team, with creativity and joy!
I'm good with creative and art projects.
I'm super organized and also really good at creating helpful structures :D
I have been working with children a bit, as an entertainer and music teacher.
I play the guitar, the piano, I sing!

I have worked in a few farms and permaculture projects, (USA, Canada, Portugal, South Africa, Mexico...), so I have a bit of knowledge with gardening and permaculture.
Same with eco-building.

I'm always eager to discover and learn new skills.
