Beschreibung

Hello 👋

We are Amber and Victor from Belgium. This autumn/winter we would like to work on a workaway project together.

In her daily life Amber is a tour guide (on a vespa in Italy, in a tuktuk in Sri Lanka…).
Amber’s job combines a few of her favourite things: meeting people from all over the world, practicing languages, learning about other cultures and discovering new places.
Best part of the job? Giving everyone on the trip the time of their lives, creating unforgettable memories.
Previously Amber worked for a non-profit in the music industry. She was in charge of communication campaigns (on- and offline) for (inter)national projects.
When she’s not out on an adventure Amber enjoys jogging, climbing, DIY’s… She’s always excited to try new things.

Victor likes to gain a lot of different skills in life rather than focussing on mastering one or two trades. He has experience as an audio technician, carpenter, gardener, mechanic, event organiser,...
Working in different environments without attachments gives him a lot of freedom, which he values a lot in life.
On top of that it allows Victor to be more creative, meet new people and create valuable connections.
Victor also likes doing sports, bikepacking, upcycling, or simply helping out other people.

We both enjoy spending time outdoors and with friends, going on a hike, as well as taking the time to cook a delicious meal. We are also very passionate about (live) music.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We both love cooking and have experience in doing so for groups. Victor has worked for a carpenter and audio visual company. He has a creative mind when it comes to finding solutions for practical issues. Victor also has a great eye for giving new life to used materials.
Amber is great with languages and can help out with social media (part of her former job) .
She also enjoys doing all sorts of DIY projects and helped her father in the construction of her parents’ house.
Furthermore we like to spend time outdoors taking care of animals, gardening etc.
