Hello !
We're Alexandre & Marianne, a 24-year-old couple. We met at university last year and we've been wanting to travel abroad together for a while. We're questioning our relation with society and our impact on the planet, and we're looking for a simple, fulfilling life. Having just graduated, we want to meet inspiring and passionate people, new landscapes, lifestyles and culture.
That's why we decided to travel to Spain. We're delighted to go back because we both have an emotional connection with Spain. We've both lived in Spain for periods of time. Alex has Spanish origin and went there as an au pair and Marianne went to university in Madrid. So we're only too happy to go back and enjoy some new experiences!
Ideally, we'd like to learn more about permaculture, eco-construction, self-sufficiency and anything else that helps us to be more resourceful and do-it-yourselfers, but we're open to all possibilities!

¡Hola!
Somos Alexandre y Marianne, una pareja de 24 años. Nos conocimos en la universidad el año pasado y hace tiempo que queremos viajar juntos al extranjero. Nos cuestionamos nuestra relación con la sociedad y nuestro impacto en el planeta, y buscamos una vida sencilla y satisfactoria. En cuanto nos licenciamos, quisimos conocer a gente inspiradora y apasionada, y descubrir nuevos paisajes, estilos de vida y culturas.
Por eso decidimos viajar a España. Estamos encantados de volver porque ambos tenemos una conexión emocional con España. Los dos hemos vivido en España durante periodos de tiempo. Alex es de origen español y fue allí como au pair, y Marianne fue a la universidad en Madrid. Así que nos encantaría volver y disfrutar de nuevas experiencias.
Idealmente, nos gustaría aprender más sobre permacultura, eco-construcción, autosuficiencia y cualquier otra cosa que nos ayude a ser más ingeniosos y bricoladores, ¡pero estamos abiertos a todas las posibilidades!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

ENGLISH

We would like to work outside and we are not afraid of doing more physical or DIY tasks. We have some knowledge of gardening and permaculture and it’s something we’d be happy to put to good use! We also have soft skills due to our experiences during our management training in the social and solidarity economy sector. We adapt quickly to work independently or in a team. When we invest in a project that suits us, we are diligent and rigorous!

Marianne:
From an experience as a volunteer in a migrant camp, I understood that I needed to feel useful to others, to be able to help in one way or another, socially or environmentally. I also managed the Instagram page of a French teachers’ association for 1 year. I am self-taught in video editing, I have already made short videos for various projects: for my relatives, for an environmental competition or in a professional context.

Alex:
I worked in a community café in the north of France and I loved being able to serve people and interact with them, talk about products, pick up vegetables from the farm, help in the kitchen, etc. I feel good about moving, being active, in nature and helping people.

ESPAÑOL

Nos gustaría trabajar al aire libre y no tenemos miedo de realizar tareas más físicas o de bricolaje. ¡Tenemos algunos conocimientos de jardinería y permacultura y es algo que estaremos encantados de aprovechar! También tenemos habilidades sociales debido a nuestras experiencias durante nuestra formación en escuela de negocios en el sector de la economía social y solidaria. Nos adaptamos rápidamente para trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo. Cuando invertimos en un proyecto que nos conviene, ¡somos diligentes y rigurosos!

Marianne :
A partir de una experiencia como voluntaria en un campamento de migrantes, entendí que necesitaba sentirme útil a los demás, poder ayudar de una forma u otra, social o ambientalmente. También administré la página Instagram de una asociación de profesores de francés durante 1 año. Soy autodidacta en edición de vídeo, ya he realizado vídeos cortos para diversos proyectos: para mis familiares, para un concurso medioambiental o en un contexto profesional.

Alex :
Trabajé en un café comunitario en el norte de Francia y me encantaba poder atender a la gente e interactuar con ellos, hablar sobre productos, recoger verduras de la granja, ayudar en la cocina, etc. Me siento bien moviéndome, estando activo. , en la naturaleza y ayudando a las personas.
