  We are Johana (32 years old) and Daniel (40 years old), nature caretakers of the farm in Guarne, Antioquia, Colombia; which is a small civil society nature reserve registered in Colombia's national parks (RNSC081-23 Monte Calicó). Humid mountain forest climate at 2300 meters above sea level. Special for those who like the tranquility of wild nature and rustic workshops. Currently building spaces for the practice of Yoga.
  
  Somos Johana (32 años) y Daniel (40 años), cuidadores de la naturaleza de la finca en Guarne, Antioquia, Colombia; que es una pequeña reserva natural de la sociedad civil registrada en parques nacionales de Colombia (RNSC081-23 Monte Calicó). Clima de bosque de montaña húmeda a 2300 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Especial para los que gusten de la tranquilidad naturaleza silvestre y los talleres rústicos. Actualmente construyendo espacios para la práctica del Yoga.

  Travelers will be able to enjoy a quiet space in the mountain nature, engage in a cultural exchange and learn about the local ecology. See birds, learn about trees. They could also receive a personalized yoga class at low cost (or exchange for work) with teacher Prema or Kumari if available; they can also learn about vegetarian cooking with them.
  
  Walking calmly along the natural trails of the farm is one of the best activities that can be done within the farm, also meditate, do yoga, eat at home or in the kiosk... You can take walks from the farm to different cultural or natural sites. We are at 6km to the Arví park. We have public transport and proximity to other towns of interest.
  
  
  Los viajeros podrán disfrutar de un espacio tranquilo en la naturaleza de la montaña, realizar un intercambio cultural y aprender de la ecología local. Ver aves, aprender de árboles. También podrían recibir clase de yoga personalizada a bajo costo (o intercambio por trabajo) con la maestra Prema o Kumari si están disponibles; también con ellas pueden aprender de cocina vegetariana.
  
  Caminar en calma por los senderos naturales de la finca es de las mejores actividades que se pueden realizar dentro de la finca, también meditar, hacer yoga, comer en la casa o en el kiosko... Se pueden hacer caminatas desde la finca hacia diferentes parajes culturales o naturales. Estamos a 6km del parque Arví. Contamos con transporte público y cercanía con otros pueblos de interés.

  At the moment we are in need of help to build small structures for the yoga center, made of wood and cement, and sometimes to move earth by hand and paint jobs.
  
  En el momento nos encontramos necesitando ayuda para construir pequeñas estructuras para el centro de yoga, en madera y cemento, y en ocasiones realizar movimientos de tierra a mano y trabajos de pintura.

  Unterkunft

  Volunteers will be accommodated in a private room with a bathroom. At the moment we do not accept volunteers for longer than 7 days. We prefer to accommodate only one volunteer.
  
  We cook traditional home-cooked food for the 3 main meals a day. For people who eat a lot we ask that you bring additional food. Usually the hosts will cook for us but occasionally we may require the help of volunteers for this. The menu is usually eggs with bread and coffee for breakfast, vegan lunch and granola for dinner.
  
  
  Los voluntarios se alojarán en cuarto privado con baño. Por el momento no admitimos voluntarios por periodo mayor a 7 días. Preferimos alojar un solo voluntario.
  
  Cocinamos comida tradicional casera para las 3 comidas principales al día. Para personas de mucho comer pedimos que traigan comida adicional. Usualmente cocinaremos los anfitriones pero en ocasiones podemos requerir la ayuda de voluntarios para ello. El menú usualmente es huevos con pan y café al desayuno, almuerzo vegano y cena con granola.

  The farm is 3.3 kilometers from the main road on a dirt road and is only served by public transportation twice a day. There is only a small local shop half a kilometer away. The town of Guarne is about 6 km away. Medellin is about 30 km from the farm on the Med-Bog highway, and the international airport is about 26 km away.
  
  La finca queda a 3.3 kilómetros de la vía principal en vía destapada y solo cuenta con transporte público dos veces al día. Solo hay una pequeña tienda de barrio a medio kilómetro. El pueblo de Guarne queda a unos 6km. Medellín está a unos 30km de la finca por la autopista Med-Bog, y el aeropuerto internacional a unos 26km.
