Beschreibung
Hello! I live in Orihuela Costa, area of Torrevieja (a few km South of Alicante), next to the Mediterranean.
It is a three-story town house, near the beach (Playa Flamenca), and next to a vibrant commercial area (Zenia Boulevard), on the Costa Blanca.
At home, I could offer a comfortable and independent space, big enough for one, two, or three visitors, in exchange of some help with keeping the house clean and tidy.
There are no pets at home. Fast Internet and a space for online work or training are available too.
From a personal point of view, I like sports (football, bikes!), culture, travelling, and practicing languages. I can speak Spanish, English, and a little French. Learning Russian would be the next challenge!
Almost anyone could be a potential candidate to join this project (age is irrelevant). So, the requirements for participation are few, but essential. Visitors must be clean, tidy and responsible with the space assigned to them, as well as able to keep their personal belongings organized.

The area of Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca, is one of the most vibrant in the Valencian Community.
The city itself, it is the fifth most populated city in all of Valencia, and hosts interesting sports and cultural activities throughout the year.
Its seaside location and relaxed lifestyle attract thousands of people from all over Europe to come and settle here.
There are large communities of British, Dutch, German or Swedes, and also, it is the "capital" of the Russian and Ukrainian communities in Spain.
During their stay here, if visitors are interested, it would be possible to practice Spanish and learn more about the Mediterranean way of life and culture in this corner of Spain.

Unterkunft
I can offer an independent bedroom, with enough space for one, two, or maximum three visitors (as there are three single beds in total). The bedroom is placed on the third floor of the house.
Next to the bedroom, there is a multifunctional room, which can be used for studying, teleworking, and even sports training.
Visitors can use the common areas of the house, such as the bathroom, kitchen, or the outdoor patio.
The host will not be cooking for visitors. They should provide their own food, and cook for themselves. It is possible to store food in a refrigerator in the house, the kitchen has all the means to cook.

The area where the house lies is well served by public transport to the center of Torrevieja, and some other nearby cities, such as Elche, Alicante or Benidorm, as well as the biggest and main cities in Spain, such as Madrid, Barcelona, or Valencia.
"Alicante/Elche Miguel Hernández International Airport" is about 35-40 minutes far from the house.
In their free time, visitors can go to the beach, enjoy the community pool, cycling, or carrying outdoor sports training. Nightclubs, pubs, restaurants and shopping areas are also nearby.
Other interesting options, just from a cultural perspective, would include a visit to the historic city of Cartagena and its Roman Theatre, the medieval city of Orihuela, or the historic center of Alicante, the capital of this province, and its castle.
