  We are a Spanish/ French couple with two children (8 &9). We live in a rural area 40km South of Barcelona, 6km from the sea (Sitges).
  
  We are looking for a female workawayer that is sensitive with children, that can speak only English with the children and can help with housekeeping daily tasks (no cleaning): keep the house tidy, help with children's mess, etc. Also, some days the person will help driving the children to/back from school, help to make meals, etc.
  
  The person will have a highly responsible profile (at least 25 yo), an EU driving license, and be used to treat children in a respectful and kind manner.
  
  We love traveling, meet friends, go for a walk, cooking, playing with our children, and spending time with family.
  We are very interested in permaculture, organic gardens, and respectful education.

  Unterkunft

  We live in quiet neighborhood situated outside a small town called Sant Pere de Ribes (2km), about a 40km drive from Barcelona City. The town has a regular public bus service into Barcelona City (40min away). Sitges, a typical seaside town, is only 6km away, where there's a train station going to Barcelona too (and the airport). There are buses from Sant Pere de Ribes to Barcelona and Sitges too.
  
  Workawayer will have her own studio with a bathroom in a separate space (35 sqm). Workawayer will have access to the garden and a big porch in front of her own space. Workawayer will be invited to share meals with us.

  We need a volunteer around 3-4h per day, to help us with children, house... 5 days/week.
  
  Our home is surrounded by nature, 2m away from Sant Pere de Ribes (nearest town with supermarkets, public transport, city life, etc).
  You can reach the town:
  - by foot in around 25 minutes
  - by bicycle: around 10minutes, although the area is quite up and down. We recommended this mean to an experimented cyclist in a good shape
  - by taxi: 1€/trip. Only works Monday-Friday and must be booked 24h in advance
  - by scooter: we can lend a scooter. Workawayer must be over 25years old and must have a valid driving license and experience for scooters.
  
  There are several language schools in Sant Pere de Ribes and Sitges where you can learn Spanish. Of course we can help you practice your Spanish, French and Catalan.
  
  The area we live (Garraf) is a natural park, and we live 6km from the sea, Sitges, a typical town with many touristic but preserved sites.
  
  Sitges hosts an International Film Festival every autumn and also the biggest Carnaval (Mardi Gras) in mainland Spain. Sitges is rich in culture and local traditions. There are two Fiesta Majors in the summer, in addition to the Wine Harvest Festival, Sant Joan, Gay Pride, a yearly Patchwork Festival and vintage car rally. Also home to Jove de Sitges, one of the best groups of Castellers in Catalunya.
  
  The area is very vibrant and the people are cool and outgoing, it is a very international place with people from many different countries of the world l. Food and music are second to none with excellent bars and restaurants to be found here. A great place to leave the Meditearnean way of life, at 40 min driving from Barcelona and 20 min from an International airport. The climate is amazing with sun nearly the whole year-round.
