  Hello,
  
  We are a family living in the north of France, about 25 minutes from Lille.
  I live with my husband and our 20-year-old son, who is a student. Our other son lives in Canada, and our daughter lives near Geneva.
  
  We are a family-oriented household and we love meeting new people!
  We also have an adorable greyhound.
  We live in a pleasant residential area where we enjoy nice walks and bike rides.
  
  There are also bus and train connections (about 15 minutes) to Lille, making it easy to visit the city.

  We would like to offer a cultural exchange focused on sharing and language learning. We can help you discover the north of France, ideally located just 25 minutes from Lille and about 2 hours from Paris, Brussels, and London.
  We are looking for people who already have some basic knowledge of French so we can communicate easily in daily life. We would be very happy to help you improve your French further during your stay, through everyday conversations and sharing time together. In return, we would also enjoy practicing English and learning about your language and culture.

  We would like some help with gardening, cleaning, and general household tasks. No particular skills are necessary, just a willing attitude :)

  Unterkunft

  We offer a private bedroom for our guests. The bathroom is shared with the family and includes a shower. The house is located in a quiet residential area, and you will have a comfortable and welcoming environment during your stay.
  
  Food is an important part of the experience in our home. We try to share meals together whenever possible and enjoy discovering different cultures through cooking and conversation.
  We provide 3 meals a day, meal are fresh and healthy. Vegetarian meals can be accommodated with advance notice.

  Our location is very convenient for exploring the region and nearby countries. We are about 25 minutes from Lille, and we can happily pick you up from the train station if needed. Paris is only 1 hour away by train, and there is also a direct train connection from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, which makes arrival very easy.
  During your free time, you can enjoy nice walks or bike rides in the surrounding countryside, or easily visit Lille, a lively city with museums, shops, and cultural activities. Thanks to the train connections, it is also possible to plan day trips to Paris, Brussels, or even London.
