  Hi! For six years I operate a positive reinforcement dog training school - the last two years mostly online.
  My goal is to enhance the dog-owner bond, to teach the owners how to respect their dog´s needs and to teach the dogs how to function in our world.
  I focus on training the animals skills needed for a stress free life, I teach a lot of husbandry behaviours and also do a lot of scent work (mostly detection and search and rescue) - since for dogs, using their nose comes just naturally.
  And as for me as a person - peace, harmony and openmindedness are important values for me. Currently I am really excited about learning non-violent communication. I like deep conversations, hiking, rock climbing and I love getting to know new people (even though I am introvert and first interactions can be a bit awkard, it gets better soon when I get to know you). I used to travel a lot, but now my almost 17-year old dog just needs to stay at home. So I like to bring the world to us :-).

  What can you expect?
  You can expect fun, try-it-out atmosphere. You´ll probably do things which you have never done before. If you are interested in positive reinforcement training, you´ll have a chance to learn a lot. If you just love hanging out around animals, you´ll be happy here too.
  
  IMPORTANT:
  It is not possible to bring your own pets.
  
  !!! Due to a not-so-pleasant previous experience: Alcohol or any other drug use is an immediate deal breaker. No drinking on the property and no coming drunk home. No smoking!!!

  Arbeit

  *️️️*️️️*️️️THE WORK EXPERIENCE*️️️*️️️*️️️
  If you are interested in dogtraining, then the work day is gonna be 1-2 hours a day helping with animals, 3-4 hours other work (garden, general maintenece, feeding animals, cooking...depends on when exactly you will come and also on what you like doing and what your skills are - we can discuss that in private messages).
  
  If you don´t care about dogtraining but you love the company of animals and want to come here to just hang around them, then that is also OK - there is plenty of things which need to be done in the garden and around the house.
  
  Please NO own pets.
  Alcohol or drug use is an immediate deal-breaker.
  
  The Workawayer gets their own room with a large window where you can see dear and rabbits grazing in the field in the mornings. The room is not big, but there is a bed, a desk a shelf to put your things. The room is just for one person. You can walk outside straight from your room. The bathroom, kitchen and the living room (where you can hang out) are shared.
  
  I provide groceries (mostly vegan) and you are expected to help with the cooking.
  
  You must have love and empathy for animals, my three dogs are rescues and can be a bit insecure of strangers (which disappears once they get to know you). There are also two rescued cats and two rescued goats living here. But otherwise you won´t meet a lot of people and it´s kind of hard to get to the town (just a few buses a day; I can give you a ride a few times a week). So if you need a lot of people around you to be happy, then this is probably not the place for you. On the other hand, if you want to rest from the busy world, if you are happy to interact but also don´t mind spending time on your own, then this place might be perfect!

  In your free time...
  you can explore the surrounding nature, hang out with the animals (currently 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 goats) or just do whatever you like doing.
  There is internet connection which you can use and a lot of books which you can read.
  Keep in mind that the village is pretty remote and the bus comes only a few times during the day, so unless you´ll come by car, you will be pretty much stuck here.
  There is nothing in the village, so if you need a lot of people to be happy, this probably won´t be a place for you.
  It is a great place to relax and get away from the stress of normal days :-).
  If you come by car, there are a lot of nice historical towns or natural sceneries which you can visit.
  If you don´t have a car, we can make some trips on the free days :-), depending on what you like to do.
  And I can give you a ride to the town few times a week.
  
  If you come without a car, I can pick you up in Prelouc or Caslav.
