Help to look after my animals, cortijo and garden in the south of Spain

  Hola y bienvenidos !!!
  My cortijo(small farmhouse)is 150+ years old.
  Situated in the mountain 20 min.by car from Almuñecar, Mediterranean
  Costa Tropical
  Bought this place(a ruin) 30years ago.
  Been living in my Cortijo for 22years now,in peace with the countryside.
  I have 2(10-8kg size)rescued dogs.They are good friends and good company ,will soon have 6 chickens 1 rooster.
  The land is fenced in so the dogs are loose, but they love going for walks.....
  On the land there are old olive-carob-pomegranate trees and various newly(last 14 year)planted fruit trees.
  My land is situated on the mountainside/slope.
  Have a fairly big plot/flat land, organic vegetable garden.
  The entire property have 4000m2 Organic taken care of, for 35+ years.
  
  I consider myself easy to get along with and a hard worker.
  I will expect the same of my helpers.
  Unfortunately I'm having trouble with my 2 hands since the last years and need more help then before.Yes.... a bit frustrating, but I get to know many nice helpers.... !!!
  Have joined workaway for about 10 years...
  I speak Scandinavian, English and Spanish.
  I'm looking for 1 couple for a long-term stay. You are from approx.30 years or old Comfortable with 3 hours help each , 5 days a week
  Accommodation ; You will have your one entrance to a 15m2 room with a small kitchen corner and a private spacious bathroom.
  You like a peaceful lifestyle and you like your one company! (You do not have to be entertained....)
  You like home life more than traveling around....
  You are not afraid of manual labor,you like helping out.
  You are practical,
  responsible and strong....
  You think differently then the mainstream information this days .
  Hopefully you have hobby to entertain yourself with.

  During 2022
  I will need :
  ***I need help to restart my vegetable garden , have a lot of donkey manure. Need digging and planting.
  *Weeding
  *Woodwork skills.
  *Handyman repairs.
  *Computer skills are always welcome.
  ***Need help to organize my photos and make albums on to memory stick
  *The land has to be irrigated and maintained. Have also partly irrigation in automatic timer .
  *Some planting,landscaping and pruning.Depending on time of year.
  ***Painting if good skills/practice..
  Periodically I need house siting for my animal 2 dogs-(will have chickens this fall) and looking after the house and garden.
  
  Accommodation You will have your one entrance to a 15m2 room with a small kitchen corner and a private spacious bathroom.
  Electric sheet in cold times.
  You will buy and cook your own food
  We will share from the vegetable garden
  Internet is available for mail Limited downloads You bring own device.
  DVD and CD player + Guitar are available.
  I do not have TV connection
  Small trips can be provided in to town,near surrounding.
  Picnic walks,with the dogs.
  
  There is good possibility for hiking in the mountains or in the river in to town/to the beach take 1h.45 minutes.

  A every day life in a peaceful mountain in Spain This is a typical Spanish area (not touristic)
  My old rustic and cozy cortijo in its original architecture and well functioning Typical for this area. With a nice fireplace....
  I have some skills in vitamins and minerals for humans, if interested....
  Otherwise every day something new is happening and life goes on !!!

  You like a peaceful lifestyle and you like your one company!
  Do your Yoga ,read ,draw /paint, etc.
  There is good possibility for hiking in the mountains or in the river in to town/to the beach.
  There is diving courses and groups to dive with.
  No public transport, but I'm willing to help out with some transport in to town.
  My experience with other volunteers is that they like to stay here and we do a trip now and then.
  You are simply part of life here ...... now Big events !!!
