  Located in the charming town of Ollantaytambo, Cusco, Peru, we are a Peruvian and U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that collaborates with women artisans to create economic opportunities and market access, especially through fair trade artisan cooperatives and sustainable tourism. We we believe that income and opportunity in the hands of women is the best way to lift communities to prosperity.
  
  
  Interns and long-term volunteers contribute greatly to our program development and daily operations across all our programs, and they are crucial to the achievement of our mission. Additionally, our staff and volunteers have the opportunity to live and work in the heart of the Sacred Valley, where they are immersed in the region's Incan heritage and are just a quick trip away from many of Peru's best cultural and historical sites.

  - Impact Evaluation

  We offer accommodation in our offices in Ollantaytambo with meals provided Mon-Thurs.
