  Beschreibung

  I am a member of the Management Team of a Library in an underprivileged community in Grenada in the Caribbean. It is staffed by Volunteers. Does not receive any Government funding.
  There are Reading and Home work assistance program for Children ages 3 years to 12 years.
  there's an average of 30 children who need assistance with reading but also want to teach them computers.
  
  The Community Library is located in the Village of Beaton, the Parish of St. David in the Spice Island of Grenada in the Caribbean.
  Because of the limited curriculum, there was a need for outside assistance for the Children of the community to help with Reading.

  Grenada is a small island south of the Caribbean with 2 seasons. The Original Inhabitants were Caribs and Arawaks until the Island was colonized by First the French and most of the villages have French names. Then the British who brought the People from Africa to work on the plantations.
  
  The Grenadians speaks English with part French which is called Caribbean Dialect
  
  90% of the people are from African Ancestry and maintain some of the culture
  Although slavery was abolished there are still remnants of the slave trade such as Sugarcane mills, Cocoa factory, the slave pen and Leapers Hill where the French push the Carib and Arawak to their Death

  Fully furnished Apartment with A/C, Cable. Internet. Hot and Cold Water.
  
  The workaway will be provided a Continental Breakfast on the first morning and a meal on the day of arrival only.
  Internet will be free. They can bring an unlocked phone for USE IN GRENADA (which is very important). And will be connected to the Internet You will be provided daily lunch
  
  5 minutes away from world Famous Grand Anse Beach, 10 minutes drive to the Capital, St. George
