  Nestled in a pristine location in South Goa, our Hostel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a haven for slow living and tropical bliss. We currently have 8 full time employees working for our vegan Cafe and three employees for hostel of which two are house keeping staff and one is property manager who handles checkin and checkout of guests.
  
  Just a short walk from the beach, our hostel offers guests a chance to unwind and immerse themselves in the tranquil rhythm of paradise.Our hostel is a blend of serenity and vibrancy—a space where the sound of waves, golden sunsets, and soulful connections create unforgettable memories.   As a volunteer, you’ll develop valuable hospitality skills, from guest engagement to event coordination. You’ll have the chance to connect with travelers from around the globe, exchange inspiring travel stories, and play a key role in making their stay truly memorable. It’s a unique and rewarding experience in paradise!You will plan and manage fun activities like game, cultural tours, yoga sessions and capture the amazing vibe of our hostel for social media promotions. You will build skills in hospitality , event planning and digital content creation .

  What You’ll Do:
  • Customer Engagement: Be the heart of our hostel! Chat with guests, share local tips, and make everyone feel at home.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage fun activities like game nights, pub crawls, yoga sessions, or cultural tours.
  • Social Media Management: Capture and share the magic! Create content for Instagram, and Facebook to showcase the amazing vibe of our hostel and cafe .
