  Beschreibung

  We are writing you to extend our warm invitation to join our 4 person calm and peaceful family in the beautiful city of San Sebastian (north of Spain), starting next July (too close!). The stay will be one to one and a half months depending on you...
  
  We are Laura (the Mother) and Alberto (the father) in our mid 40's, both working mainly in the morning, and two wonderful boys (parents dixit, of course) named Diego (12 years old) and Ander (10). They are quite calm boys (though they are still young kids) and eager (we hope) to meet someone like you who can bring joy and play into their lives.
  
  We are not expecting many things... just one!: That you could enhance their ability to speak in English! All the rest is our job, to make feel you happy and comfortable at our home.
  
  Please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will solve you any questions or worries you may have. We eagerly await your response and the opportunity to meet you in a video call and later, hopefully, in person.

  In our family, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local community, enhance your language skills (Spanish), and merge with the welcoming people of this area. We will introduce you to our friends and neighbours (only if you wish and feel comfortable).
  
  We want to assure you that we will provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for you to enjoy your stay. You will have your own private room, own bathroom and access to all the amenities of our home.
  
  Welcome to San Sebastian, a vibrant city in northern Spain with stunning beaches, a charming old town, and a lively community. You'll have the opportunity to care for our two boys, aged 10 and 12, while enjoying the beautiful coastline and exploring the region within a 100km radius. From picturesque coastal villages to the Basque Pyrenees, there's plenty of natural beauty to discover. Outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, and kayaking are popular here. San Sebastian offers a warm and welcoming community, where you can experience local traditions, festivals, and savour delicious Basque cuisine (best in class!!).

  Arbeit

  We are not expecting many things... just one!: That you could enhance the kids ability to speak in English! All the rest is our job, to make feel you happy and comfortable at our home. So we expect from you to spend time with the kids, play and talk with them as much as possible. We though of around 5 hours/day from Monday to Friday. Generally in the mornings, from 9:00 to 14h
  Some days we will need you to bring/fetch them in the beach where they have volley and sailing trainings.

  Unterkunft

  We have recently moved to a new nice semi-detached house close to the city and will have a nice space for you during your stay. From our home there is a 5 to 10 minutes’ drive to the city centre and the two sandy beaches, or 20 to 25 minutes by bus. There is also a bike lane to the city centre and you can borrow our bikes in case you prefer cycling.
  There is also a swimming pool in the common area which we share with other 3 families.

  In our free time we do a little bit of everything...:
  - Going to the beach for swimming, renting kayaks, paddle surf, surf boards, ...
  - Go for a beer and a pintxo (local small eateries)
  - Go hiking to nearby hills/mountains.
  - Stay at home and enjoy the swimming pool.
  
  And more things that steps by.
