  PLEASE , I KINDLY ASK YOU TO READY PROFILE!!!! The reason I have a low response rate it’s because I get lots of requests of people that clearly didn’t read the whole thing . It would save US a lot of time if you read it before sending your request.
  I'm just a regular Mexican gay guy who lives in the Caribbean since 2019. I did WorkAway in Italy for three months; I was hosted by a family and I had to teach English and Spanish to their kids. I’ve hosted three times and all of them have been great.
  Playa del Carmen is one of the most popular destinations in Mexico , so you will find something to visit everyday. If you like archeology, history, beach, snorkeling and beautiful landscapes you will love this region.

  If you want to learn Spanish I can definitely help you with that. We can do part time German /French and part time Spanish.
  Playa del Carmen is a very multicultural city that has music festivals, events, and outdoors activities, you will be able to meet people from everywhere .
  If you are open to , we can create a weekly conversational meeting so other people can practice their French /German and you can practice your Spanish.
  Most of the time I’m at work, so you will have lot of time on your own.
  Because of work , I usually take my guests to do some of the most popular excursions of the region; Chichén Itzá , Cenotes , Tulum, Theme Parks , Islands and stuff , I promise at lest one during you staying.
  Because of previous experiences, I decided to only host gay men or queer people in order to have more things of common interest, like queer events , conversations , clubbing and stuff .

  Max 3 hours per day , 4 days a week.
  
  I’m looking for a person who can help me to improve my speaking skills .
  I speak fluent English , Spanish and Italian and I would love to improve my French , which is intermediate, or my German which is basic.
  All I ask is a regular conversation once in a while in order to improve my speaking and listening skills. YOU MUST BE a native speaker of any of these languages, French , Italian or German .
  I will require also some basic help with the chores in the apartment once or twice per week. Basic stuff like cleaning , mopping or laundry.

  Unterkunft

  I live in a three bedroom apartment. You will have the share the bedroom with me or stay in the sofa in the living rooom . All the place is well equipped; comfortable bed , pillows , tv, fan , ac and a nice view to the garden.
  You are free to use the kitchen and all the common areas. The neighborhood has also a general pool and gym that you are free to use as well.
  I live in the suburbs , not the city center , please have this in mind . Getting to the city center is 25 minutes by public transport (0.50 ¢ USD ) , 30 by bike , and 15 minutes by taxi (07 USD).
  I have a bike and a scooter that you can use only if you have a drivers license and you promise to be responsible .
  
  I’m only requesting 3 hours per day /4 days a week of conversational exchange or basic cleaning in the house .
  Since I never cook in the house I prefer guests be in charge of their own food . I have a full functional kitchen for them.

  This is one oft he most touristic areas in the country , you will have lot of time for yourself.
  The closest beach is punta esmeralda, 15
  Minutes by bike or 10 by scooter.
  The city center is about 30 minutes by bike , 25 by colectivo (0.50 usd )
  From there you can take a colectivo to Cancun (3 USD) or a colectivo tu tulum (3 USD ) . You can find cenotes everywhere and you can go by bike or scooter (10 USD ) .
  Every week there are cultural events in the city center.
