Beschreibung
We are an association and a cooperative company made up of 9 equal co-managers based in the Marais Poitevin territory.
We have a yurt manufacturing workshop, operating all year round and welcoming yurt projects of all types. We particularly welcome participatory projects: harvesting ash poles, sewing, carpentry, assembly, etc.
We also run an eco-campsite and nature discovery center where we offer yurt accommodation and nature activities. This entire place aims to be deeply rooted, involved in its territory, to make it known and protect it.
French, English, Spanish and German spoken.
Nous sommes une association et une entreprise coopérative constituée de 9 co-gérants égalitaires basées sur le territoire du Marais poitevin.
Nous avons un atelier de fabrication de yourtes, fonctionnant toute l'année et accueillant des projets de yourtes de tous types. Nous accueillons en particulier des projets participatifs : récolte de perches de frêne, couture, menuiserie, montage...
Nous tenons aussi un éco-camping et centre de découverte nature où nous proposons de l'hébergement en yourtes et de l'animation nature. L'ensemble de ce lieu se veut profondément ancré, impliqué dans son territoire, pour le faire connaître et le protéger.

We are a team of 10 people who love to welcome, share our personal and professional experience, and help people discover our beautiful region! During each volunteer period we have a big opening or closing party and depending on the group of volunteers we decide on the activities!

Au cours de chaque période de volontariat nous faisons une grande fête d'ouverture ou de fermeture et en fonction du groupe de volontaire nous avisons sur les activités !
Arbeit
It is to assemble and dismantle the reception structures that we propose participatory construction sites each year. We are in a flood zone, that's the reason! In April, we assemble all the structures for 1 month: 10 yurts, 1 teepee, 2 marquees and setting up the rest. In October, we dismantle this campsite during the first 15 days of the month. On the program: good humor, assembly or disassembly of yurts, exterior development, launch and maintenance of the garden (flowers, fruits, vegetables), management of sheep and chickens, friendly evenings, etc. Volunteers are fed morning, noon and evening for the duration of their stay and accommodated in a collective yurt or in their own tent/truck/trailer... The work takes place from Monday to Friday at a rate of ~25 hours/week to be organized according to the work/desires/needs. On the program: meetings, learning, good humour and great fun!
C'est pour monter et démonter les structures d'accueil que nous proposons chaque année des chantiers participatifs. Nous sommes en zone inondable, voilà la raison !
En avril, nous montons toutes les structures pendant 1 mois : 10 yourtes 1 tipi, 2 chapiteaux et mise en place du reste.
En octobre, nous démontons ce camping durant les 15 premiers jours du mois.
Au programme: bonne humeur, montage ou démontage de yourtes, aménagement extérieur, lancement et entretien du jardin (fleurs, fruits, légumes), gestion des moutons et des poules, soirées conviviales etc...
Les volontaires sont nourris matin, midi et soir durant toute la durée du séjour et logés en yourte collective ou dans leur propre tente/camion/roulotte...
Le travail se déroule du lundi au vendredi à raison de ~25h/semaine à organiser selon le travail/envies/besoins.
Au programme : rencontres, apprentissage, bonne humeur et grand kiff !

Unterkunft
We offer accommodation in a collective yurt but you can come with your tent or your converted vehicle if you prefer to be quiet! Lunch is taken with the entire team (during the week) and those in the morning and evening are autonomous for the group of volunteers. There is a collective kitchen with everything you need :) Dry toilets everywhere and hot showers with free access.
Nous proposons un hébergement en yourte collective mais tu peux venir avec ta tente ou ton véhicule aménagé si tu préfères être tranquille !
Les repas du midi se prennent avec l'équipe entière (en semaine) et ceux du matin et du soir sont en autonomie du groupe de volontaires. Il y a une cuisine collective avec tout ce qu'il faut :)
