  Hello, I am 77 years old with an active and happy temperament, grandmother of 6 grandchildren whom I like to welcome in a large house by the sea in the Côtes d'Armor. Despite a professional life in Rhône Alpes, close to rural areas, I have remained faithful to Brittany, my region of origin. Now that I have more freedom, I spend several months a year in this house on the island of Bréhat. I like this island life, close to nature, in a climate that can be mild but also vigorous. Winter is another city life that I also like with the ease of access to culture, cinema, theater, museums. After the death of my husband 24 years ago, I welcomed students into my house, Antoine stayed for 3 years, before my grandchildren took up too much space. I liked this cohabitation where our very clear rules of common life were always respected. As one of my granddaughters told me, I am organic from before fashion. From four years, I have welcome 5 women and I like very much this way of life, by the life with other persons with a life different of the mine and the help in my house and my garden. For personal reasons, I only welcome women.
  
  Bonjour, J'ai 77 ans d'un tempérament actif et heureux, grand-mère de 6 petits-enfants que j'aime accueillir dans une grande maison en bord de mer dans les Côtes d'Armor. Malgré une vie professionnelle en Rhône Alpes, proche du milieu rural, je suis restée fidèle à la Bretagne ma région d'origine. Maintenant où j'ai plus de liberté, je passe plusieurs mois par an dans cette maison de l'île de Bréhat. J'aime cette vie insulaire, proche de la nature, dans un climat pouvant être doux mais aussi vigoureux. L'hiver, c'est une autre vie en ville que j'aime aussi avec la facilité d'accès à la culture, cinéma, théâtre, musées. Après le décès de mon compagnon il y a 24 ans, j'ai accueilli des étudiants dans ma maison, Antoine est resté 3 ans, avant que mes petits enfants ne prennent trop de place. J'ai aimé cette cohabitation où nos règles bien claires de vie commune ont toujours été respectées. Comme me dit une de mes petites filles, je suis bio d'avant la mode . Depuis 4 ans, j'ai accueilli 5 femmes et j'aime beaucoup ce mode de vie, par le vie avec des personnes ayant une expérience de vie différente de la mienne et l'aide dans ma maison et mon jardin. Pour des raisons personnelles j’accueille seulement des femmes.

  Arbeit

  In april, the work is cleaning of windows and blinds in wood. Until now, I do the maintenance of this big house and the big garden myself. I need help with restoring the garden in the spring, vegetable garden, flowers, cleaning the courtyards, cleaning the blinds and the windows (sixteen windows). This house is very well maintained and to keep it in this condition I need more help as the years accumulate. In the garden, I am well trained to pass the mower, the brushcutter, take care of the compost. The interior of the house is easy to clean. I get help with the windows. This year, I want to build a small shelter for the tomatoes as well as for the firewood. I am in the spirit of eco-construction by recovering what I find.
  
  Jusqu'à maintenant, je fais moi-même l'entretien de cette grande maison et du grand jardin . J'ai besoin d'une aide pour la remise en état du jardin au printemps, potager, fleurs, le nettoyage des cours, le nettoyage des persiennes et des vitres (400 vitres). Cette maison est très bien entretenue et, pour la maintenir dans cet état j'ai besoin de plus d'aide avec les années qui s'accumulent. Au jardin, je suis bien entraînée à passer la tondeuse, la débroussailleuse, désherber, m'occuper du compost. L'intérieur de la maison est facile à nettoyer. Je me fais aider pour les vitres. Cette année, je souhaite construire un petit abri pour les tomates ainsi que pour le bois de chauffage. Je suis bien dans l'esprit écoconstruction en récupérant ce que je trouve.

  Unterkunft

  The accommodation is located in the same house as me, it is a single room with personal bathroom. The house is comfortable. The cuisine is varied with cereals and lots of vegetables bought locally, while waiting for them to grow, or from Biocoop. The rhythm of life is rather early. Prepare the meals for the day and then start the various jobs and shopping, the milk on the farm, the small organic market on the island. I have bicycles for trips on the island. Once a week I go to the mainland for some shopping, I have a car. My life is punctuated by daily swimming from mid-June.
  
  Le logement se situe dans la même maison que moi, c'est une chambre individuelle avec salle d'eau personnelle. La maison est confortable.
  La cuisine est variée avec des céréales et beaucoup de légumes achetés sur place, en attendant qu'ils poussent, ou à Biocoop. Le rythme de vie est plutôt matinal . Préparer les repas de la journée et ensuite démarrer les travaux divers et les courses, le lait à la ferme, le petit marché bio de l'île. J'ai des vélos pour les déplacements sur l'île. Une fois par semaine, je vais sur le continent pour certaines courses, j'ai une voiture. Ma vie est rythmée par la baignade quotidienne dès la mi-juin.

  There are many walks on the island. The municipality of Bréhat is developing a territorial food project, is investing a lot in waste management. I am close to these projects. To go to the continent, we take the speedboat and there is a bus at Arcouest at certain times for Paimpol and others.
  
  Les balades à pied sur l'île sont nombreuses. La commune de Bréhat développe un projet alimentaire territorial, s'investit beaucoup dans la gestion des déchets. Je suis proche de ces projets. Pour aller sur le continent, on prend la vedette et il y a un bus à l'Arcouest à certains horaires pour Paimpol et autres..
