  I am a dutch woman, living in Argentina, country I love, for over 40 years now. I have a big house only 50 metros from the beach hidden among pine trees in a tourist aerea. Almost 4 years ago my husband. with whom we built the house, died (leaving the house with a huge library for those who love reading). Now I have to maintain the house on my own which is not easy, since I am not that young anymore
  
  What I am looking for is workawayers who can help me with the light tasks like painting, some carpentry, cleaning and gardening since the bigger tasks like electricity, plumbing and roof is rather to be done by local professionals.I need to work on the house the first two weeks of november to make it ready since I rent it in the summer. I can also teach spanish and/or english (dutch I guess no one wants to learn). T
  
  The house is 400 km south from Buenos Aires City and I suggest working 4 hours a day in exchange for food and staying in the house since there is room enough. I can easily host 4 workawayers. The place is called Mar de las Pampas.

  Soy holandesa y vivo hace mas de 40 años en la Argentina, país que amo.Tengo una casa grande a 50 metros de la playa en el medio de un bosque de pinos en una zona turística muy bien escondida entre los arboles.Hace 4 años falleció mi compañero de vida con quien construimos esta casa (tambien dejó una biblioteca grande por si hay animo de lectura). Ahora me toca mantenerla sola y me cuesta. Mas bien se trata de trabajos como pintura, arreglos de carpintería, limpieza. y jardinería porque para las cosas mas gruesas (techo, electricidad y plomería) llamo personal local. Necesitaría preparar la casa en noviembre porque la alquilo en el verano. Ofrezco dar clases de castellano y/o ingles, (holandes no creo haya mucho interés) comida y estadía en cambio de digamos 4 horas diarios de trabajo. La casa es grande y puede dar lugar fácilmente a 4 workawayers. Estamos a 400 km. sur de Buenos Aires Ciudad. El lugar se llama Mar de las Pampas.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  There is a cultural center nearby which organizes workshops like for example yoga or folkdance. I can also teach spanish as well as english, since I am a language teacher (dutch I guess will not be of any interest). For those who love reading (mostly spanish) there is nice library in my house full of literature and social studies material and room enough for those who have creative, that is artistic ambitions. The workawayers can learn from the nature since the community organizes guided visits about trees, cloudy skies, plants etc. I can tell all about argentine culture, folk music, art, food etc. In the nearby town there are workshops for ceramics and grafic art. Inscription though would be independent from what I have to offer.
  
  Hay un centro cultural cerca con actividades diversas como talleres de yoga o musica folklore. Hay una biblioteca grande en mi casa y espacio para hacer actividades creativas. Yo soy tambien docente de idioma y puedo ofrecer un intercambio para enseñar castellano tanto como inglés (para holandés no creo habrá mucho interés). Puedo enseñar como es la cultura y como son las costumbres en la Argentina. Pueden aprender de la naturaleza en el bosque y en el pueblo cercano hay talleres de cerámica y gráfica donde podrían inscribirse los workaways pero por cuenta propia.

  Cleaning, painting, gardening and simple carpentry. I will take care of breakfast, lunch and dinner but self management in the kitchen is also highly appreciated.

  Dieser Gastgeber bietet Sprachaustausch an
  el intercambio linguistico lo ofrezco como algo extra pero tampoco es el eje principal. Habrá dedicación al tema pero lo mas importante es el trabajo de mantenimiento de la casa. The language exchange is something I offer like an extra activity but it is not the main goal. I am willing to teach but the maintainance of the house is important.

  Unterkunft

  I have enough bedrooms for 4 helpers to sleep independent. In case there is a couple I can offer double beds as well. I offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there are restaurants near in case any one would rather go out for dinner once in a while.
  
  I will offer 3 meals a day which can be shared or if anyone likes to be on his/her own, there is room enough to have breakfast/lunch or dinner independently. If there is enthusiasm to cook for themselves I have no problem at all and they can use the kitchen as much as they like.

  Tengo suficiente dormitorios para que cada workawayer (4) puede dormir solo ysi hay una pareja tambien hay cama doble para ofrecer. Yo ofrezco desayuno,almuerzo y cena pero si hay voluntad de comer afuera alguna vez, hay restaurantes para elegir.

  The house is big enough for those who want to be on their own, or share the common space. Walking on the beach (swimming might be a little cold still), horseriding, biking, playing chess, watch movies, reading, etc. I have a car in case there is a need for transportation and there is also a bus to go to the nearest town. (villa gesell). I can take people from Buenos Aires to the coast if we combine the date. If not there is a bus every day to the nearest town.

  Es una casa suficientemente grande para que cada uno puede estar y hacer lo suyo para facilitar una convivencia facil. Caminar por la playa, por el bosque, andar en caballo, bicicleta, jugar al ajedrez, mirar television (peliculas), leer Yo tengo auto en caso de que sea necesario algun traslado. Tambien hay un colectivo al pueblo mas cercano (villa gesell). Existe la posibilidad de combinar el traslado de Buenos Aires hasta la casa con mi auto y si no, hay un colectivo de larga distancia.
