  I am an art teacher, 53 years old. I live in Córdoba, a beautiful and historical city, to the south of Spain. My flat in Córdoba is big and nice, and close to the center. Mainly I require help in Córdoba, where I would like to share my flat with a native english speakers.

  We could speak in spanish aswell, if the workawayer wants to practice. Also I offer a lift to Granada any weekend, and to show Córdoba in english aswell (is good for you and good for me at the same time).

  I would like to share my flat with one or two English native speaker, or people with a high level of English language, in order to practice four or five hours per day. Also the workawayer has to share the housework.
