Beschreibung
This is a Ranch in which we plan to build a Permaculture farm. I'm Kęstutis and I'm the project manager in this Ranch, my parents, that live here are the investors. There are three houses in this Ranch one of them - the wooden one by the pond is for workawayers.

This homestead is beautiful, it is in an enclosed territory, with a lot of beautiful nature, a pond and a pine park. We will provide you a room in a house. 3 meals a day. You will learn about Building and maintaining a smart self heated greenhouse, gardening, conscious and sustaining living. Also I love photography film making, I could teach you something or we could do some art project together. I also practice Yoga, meditations, singing bowl therapy so you could join to do some practices together. Or just relax by the pond until you know what do you want to do with your life or just have an interesting stay in a pure nature environment. during the months that we need people it almost a paradise in 20-30 degrees of Celsius.
Arbeit
This is a Ranch in which we plan to build a Permaculture farm. In this process we will need a lot of all kinds of help. we would want a person to help us 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week. At the moment the main project is Building a smart self heated greenhouse with all the smart systems, so one could grow food with least amount of efforts. I've made a lot of research in this area and planned it very carefully.

You will get a simple room in a wooden house, next to the pond, with a bed, toilet and a shower.

A bus stop is 1,5km from the property. if you walk to it it takes 20min. occasionally I could take you to the town and pick you up from the bus stop, when you come back. A bus that goes to Klaipėda town. There are a lot of beautiful places around Klaipėda, we would visit some of them together with a car, others you might explore yourself. we have a Baltic sea, Coronian Spit, also you could make a weekend trip to countrie'ss capital Vilnius, Kaunas or other towns. I would provide you with all the needed information.
