We are looking for gardening and catsitting help mid/late-June to mid-July (approximately 3 weeks). Message me for exact dates.
We live on a 2.5 acre property with a substantial garden that needs a good spring clean before we start planting (weeding, cleaning winter debris, preparing the garden beds and watering the greenhouse and indoor seedlings). The ideal candidate(s) would enjoy working outdoors and be comfortable with heavy lifting.
We live on an island a short ferry from Vancouver. Our home is located in the rural part of the island on a lake. The nearby walking trails are perfect for avid hikers. For winter stays, there's a woodburning fireplace and plenty of books and boardgames to enjoy. For spring/summer stays, we're a 20-minute walk from the beach. -

We live in a very quiet location, perfect for bird-watching. Deer, pileated woodpeckers and bald eagles regularly visit the property.
