  Hi! Please keep the following in mind:
  Argentina is a large country. San Miguel del Monte is 100 km from the capital city, but it's located inland within the province.
  
  * If it's your first time in Argentina and your intention is to visit as a tourist, this is NOT the right place for you (transportation is more limited and costs are higher).
  
  * If it's your first time in Argentina and your intention is to relax during your trip, then this IS the place for you (the house will provide good shelter).
  
  * If you're looking for a place where you can earn a lot of extra money, this is NOT the best place to do so (Monte is a town with friendly people, but the job market is more limited).
  
  * If you work online, this IS an excellent place for you. There's a good internet connection (and comfortable and secure corners in the house where you can work).
  
  Natural building, growing part of my food and exchaging experiences with travellers around the world (among others) help me to understand better the differents meanings of life.
  
  I feel that Im very Lucky because i have the possibility to live the way it makes me happy! Almost all the time, I love what i do alone...but it's MUCH nutritive re circulante that with good others :)
  
  Maybe my house is not luxury, but i Will try to make you feel at home. Im co living with muchos seres, entre ellos "Luna" (dog) "Preta" (cat).
  
  You can stay in a mono room with a simple bed or you can camp in a tend or parking a motorhome if you feel better outside.
  
  I live in a calm neighborhood, nearby the national route number 3 and the "san Miguel del monte" lagoon is about 4km.
  
  We can learn together how to build with earth, grow our own vegetables or a good practice of QiGong.
  
  We can share good experiences.

  * Si es tu primera vez en Argentina, y tu intención es visita de turismo NO es un voluntariado para vos (el transporte es más limitado y los costos más altos)
  
  * Si es tu primera vez en Argentina y tu intención es descansar en medio del viaje, SI es un lugar para vos (casita te dará un buen cobijo)
  
  * Si buscas un lugar donde puedas generar mucho dinero extra NO es el mejor lugar para conseguirlo (Monte es un pueblo con buena gente, pero el mercado laboral es más limitado)
  
  * Si trabajas en línea SI es un excelente lugar para vos, hay buena conexión de internet (y rincones en la casa donde podrás trabajar comodx y segurx)

  Monte is a small town that offers limited cultural, social, gastronomic, tourist, and entertainment options.
  
  The tranquility and friendliness of the Monte community are truly valuable :)
  
  Near my house, there are very quiet rural streets...the most "dangerous" thing you might encounter is a dog that, probably out of boredom, haha! starts barking. They're ideal for walking and soaking up some extra sun...and water! ;)

  Monte es un pueblo pequeño que provee limitadas opciones culturales, sociales, gastronómicas, turísticas, de entretenimiento, etc
  
  Es muy valiosa la tranquilidad y buena disposición de la comunidad montense :)
  
  Cerca de casa hay calles rurales muy poco transitadas...lo más "peligroso" que te podes cruzar es algún perro que, de aburrido probablemente jajaja! salga a ladrar. Son ideales para caminar y tomar un extra de sol...y agüita! ;)

  I will be away from home during January, February, and March of 2026.

  During that time (for one month or more), I would be delighted to receive someone who is available to provide daily love and companionship to the animals (it's not just about feeding them).
  
  Animals:
  
  Luna was adopted as an adult. She loves being the center of attention, but she now understands better that it's also possible to share.
  
  We share quality time when we are together. A little petting, playing, and the necessary attention daily. She is quite calm, understands key words that help a lot, doesn't leave the perimeter of the property, and is generally in good health!
  
  She requires one or two meals a day, clean water, and lots of back scratches :P
  
  She is approximately nine years old. Her previous life is somewhat uncertain... from her, I learned that there is no past that condemns us... that with patience, consistency, presence, and time; Love reshapes us.
  
  Preta (the cat), I must admit... she's the most spoiled. She has free access to the house, and on winter nights we cuddle up together for warmth. She loves head rubs ;)
  
  As long as her food and water bowls are always clean and full, she's completely independent. She spends most of the day outside (especially when there are people around).
  
  Preta is a mini panther, but only in appearance. We've gone through all her stages together since she was a kitten. With her, I've learned that there are times when we need to be more gentle and give her much more attention!
  
  In this transition from the city to the "countryside," the four seasons have silently (and sometimes not so silently) accompanied this wonderful symphony that is choosing to build a HOME.
  
  Estaré fuera de casa durante enero febrero y marzo del 2026.

  Durante ese periodo (x 1 mes o mas) estaría encantada de recibir una persona que este disponible para brindarle amor y compañía a diario a los animales (no es solo ocuparse de la alimentación)
  
  Animales:
  
  LUNA fue adoptada de grande, le encanta ser el centro de atención, pero ya entiende mejor que es posible también compartir.
  
  Compartimos tiempo de calidad cuando estamos juntas. Un poco de caricias, juegos y la atención necesaria a diario. Es bastante tranquila, entiende palabras clave que ayudan mucho, no sale del perímetro del terreno, y en general goza de buena salud!
  
  Son requeridas 1 o 2 raciones de comida por día, agua limpia y muchas rascaditas de lomos :P
  
  Tiene aproximadamente 9 años, su vida previa es un tanto incierta...de ella aprendí que no existe pasado que nos condene...que con paciencia, constancia, presencia y tiempo; el amor nos re configura.
  
  PRETA (gata) debo reconocerlo... es la mas mimada...tiene acceso libre a la casa, y por las noches de invierno nos acurrucamos para darnos calorcito. Le gustan los mimos en la cabeza ;) .
  
  Mientras tenga sus platos con agua y comida siempre limpios y llenos, se maneja con total autonomía. La mayor parte del día anda fuera de la casa (mas cuando hay gente que desconoce)
  
  Preta es una mini pantera solo en apariencia, fuimos transitando juntas sus etapas desde cachorra, con ella aprendí que hay momentos en que debemos acompañar con mayor dulzura y mucha más atención!
  
  En ésta transición de la ciudad al "campo" las 4 estaciones fueron silenciosamente (y a veces no tanto) acompasando ésta maravillosa sinfonía que significa elegir construir HOGAR.

  Unterkunft

  Almost the entire house/grounds will be available to the volunteer.
  
  The house is simple, it has its quirks like any house... but I consider it spacious, comfortable, bright, and with lovely spaces to enjoy both inside and out.
  
  Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. The kitchen and water heater run on electricity. We are mindful of not wasting resources 🙌 The water is from a well; it's certainly not the best, but it is drinkable.
  
  I will provide as much detail as possible to make your stay more comfortable.
  
  Let's always remember to keep the lines of communication open, listen attentively, and communicate as clearly as possible :)
  
  I hope you understand that everything is created with dedication and time. Every day I make sure to contribute at least one small detail that helps improve it. Sometimes, keeping it clean and tidy is enough ;)
  
  The neighborhood is mostly residential and very quiet. We're about 4 km from the lagoon (Monte's main attraction).
  
  There's a bike in good condition available so you might want to take a ride around the lagoon :)
  
  Three blocks away is Miguel and María's little shop, a mini market with its own bakery and long opening hours.
  
  Family and friends live nearby and will be happy to help in case of an emergency.
  
  We assume that visitors will always take care of the house and its contents :D (careful, considerate, and present).

  Casi toda la casa/terreno estará disponible para el voluntarix.
  
  Casita es sencilla, tiene sus mañas como todas...pero la considero amplia, confortable, luminosa y con espacios bonitos para disfrutar dentro o fuera.
  
  La calefacción es a leña. La cocina y el termotanque funciona con electricidad. Somos conscientes del no abuso de recursos 🙌 El agua es de pozo, seguramente no es la mejor, pero si es potable.
  
  Lo más que pueda te dejaré detallado para hacer tu estadía más confortable.
  
  Recordemos siempre mantener la vía de comunicación abierta, escuchar con atención y comunicar con la mayor claridad posible :)
  
  Espero sepas entender que todo es generado con dedicación y tiempo. Día a día me ocupo de propiciar al menos un pequeño detalle que contribuya a su mejoría. A veces , mantenerla limpia y ordenada es suficiente ;)
  
  El barrio es principalmente residencial muy tranquilo, estamos a 4 km aprox de la laguna (principal atracción de Monte) para ir al centro podes intentar hacer dedo en la ruta que está a 150 m de la casa o pedir un remis.
  
  También hay una sencilla bici a disposición para que te animes, quizás, a dar una vuelta por la lagu :)
  
  A 3 cuadras esta la despensa de Miguel y María, un mini mini mercadito con panadería de elaboración propia y amplios horarios de atención.
  
  Muy cerca viven familia y amigxs que estarán atentos para asistirte ante una emergencia.
  
  Consideramos que la visita siempre velará por el buen uso de la casa y las cosas :D (cuidadosos, considerados y presentes)

  Was noch ...

  San Miguel del monte is a small city near the capital federal (buenos aires, argentina) like 110 km away. You can travell by tren, bus, private mini van, etc.
  
  Monte has a lagoon (like 11 km diameter) maybe its not the Best, but you can fish there, practice a water sport like Kayak or kite surf (by the summer time) also have history, because it is one of the oldest towns of the province.
  
  You can do footing and meet good and quite people all around. At night you can also drink a very good beer (artesanal) and eat good and quite cheap food.
  
  I have a few books to share (in spanish) and some games.

  Pueden estacionar en la calle sin problemas, es un barrio muy tranquilo, no corren riesgos, por aquí prácticamente transitamos solo los vecinos. De ser necesario podría evaluarse la posibilidad de entrar el vehículo al terreno :)
