Beschreibung
Hi, we are a couple Polish/Bulgarian, Kasia & Ventzi, and created in Staro Zhelezare the StreetArt Village, full of murals mainly with portraits of local people and personalities from all around the world.
You are welcome to our home, which is the Art House, to help us keep our place clean, help with gardening, and so on.
We propose nice accommodation at our Art House, an artistic atmosphere, a lot of fun, being in the middle of local tradition, in the heart of the Balkans.
Our project is non-profit and we are not accepting paying guests at our place.

Each summer artists from Poland come here to paint murals with us.
We are in Bulgaria each summer - July, August and September. You are welcome during this period.

Was ist das?
Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten
You could really feel the village life in Bulgaria, the atmosphere and warm social contacts. There is a local pub in the open air where you can meet for local simple breakfast, through the whole day till night. The village has its original atmosphere because of the murals, known in the country, but not yet touristic, in bad meaning.
It is also known for the slow food activity of our local grannies at the ethnographic House of Traditions.
Learning language and local traditions comes naturally.
Arbeit
help us keep our place clean, help with gardening, home work like cleaning after meals. Sometimes help in DIY renovations is needed.

Unterkunft
We have nice renovated rooms with bedding at the old village house; for 1-3 persons.
There is also a big art atelier with a nice relax area to use.
There is also a separated kitchen for you opened to the garden. When you wish, you can make some food for yourself here, you can eat also with us. We could improvise:)
Was noch ...
We have a car here and go often to nearby villages to other shops, or to eat sth, you can go with us.
After dinner we have a siesta for about 1h, you don't have to.
