  Beschreibung

  Ruds Ateljé is an artist studio and holliday house. An Artist-In-Residence program have been established here sience 2014. Many artists have come from all over the world to live and work in the wonderful studio and apartment. The house is a former old missionary house with an old church hall, with a fantastic light.
  The house is situated on the countryside, 10 km outside of Bengtsfors town. The surroundings are peaceful and quite, with lots of fields, meadows, forests, lakes, and some neighbouring houses.
  
  The host dont live in the house all the time. So workawayers will have to take care by themselfs some of the time. But for sure we will meet several times and keep contact while you are here. You will be introduced to the house and the surroundings, and depending on what you would like to see or visit in the area, we will take you there.

  At Ruds Ateljé we are used to welcoming people from all over the world. We like meeting new people and share stories and experiences. If the workawayer is curious about the region of Dalsland we will for sure share some of our best places to visit. We look forward to invite you for dinner, outside by the fireplace or inside in the wonderful studio.

  Arbeit

  From April we need help with scraping off old paint from the house wall, and also to paint the wall. There will be a scaffolding to climb up on. You will be introduced to how to use the tools. The work is easy but time consuming so we would really appriciate some help!
