  Hi! We are a danish family of 5, I Kia (31), my husband Nicklas (34) and our 3 children of ages 8, 7 and 6.
  
  We bought a beautiful place in the south of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea.
  We will renovate and transform the place into a welcomming and nurishing space for our family and for nice people who crosses our way.
  We will primarely use recycled materials and create garden and grow veggies after permacultural priciples. We learn as we go and we want to move slow and connected towards the goals we want to achieve.
  We are unschooling our children (and ourselves) and have a everyday life that is meaningful and full of time to learn, grow and treasure the small things in life and in the nature around us. We have the believe that our children are naturally constantly learning in their own unique and strong way. We are consitent and Caring, supporting facilitators of their everyday life, ideas, projects and life experiences. We sacrificed many thing for Them to have a free , playfull childhood, full of love, creativity, and inspiration..
  My husband and I have been together for 10 years, sharing a beautiful journey of life together as a strong team sharing values of trust, love, awareness, sutainebility on all matters. We are very interessted in personal growth, mental and psyshical health, barzilian jjiu jitsu, creativity in many ways, unschooling, claywork/ceramics, communication, nature and community..
  Our everyday life is very free and spontanous - with some planned activities during the week. We create together projects of intrest, create workshops, do exploration of nature, meet up with the local homeschooling association for activities, visits museums, guitar-lessons, go swimming, doing jjiu jitsu, sharing time and fun with other unschooling families on the Island. Nicklas is working out of Home during day time and are volunteer-trainer for the childrens jjiu jitsu- team to times a week.
  
  What we need as a family now is to have a pair of helping hands around for building projects, gardening, cooking, having fun with the children.
  As we start from skratch and have a lot of cleaning up to do on the farm- we would very much like you to be flexible to do a big variaty of tasks. You will mainly plan our own hours working and we will sometimes need to call in for a specific task and a specific time. You will work with both of us adults and we would like you to to be able to include the children in a task the could find intresting.
  We would love for you to share your experiences from life, hobbys, passions, jobs and so with us and the children. We truly believe in the great gifts of sharing time together and getting to know new people. You would be a part of the family staying with us and we would love to share many different kinds of activities together.
  
  It is very important to us that you are openminded, caring and honest person, who loves children and sees the best in them. We would like you to stay courious to them and us and ask in a kind way, if there is things that you dont understand or you have a boundry that is getting overstepped somehow. We are always open to talk and will be honest and caring the very best we can- in our communication.
  
  We all need to withdraw from time to time and in periods and we need respect to do that and will in the same way respect you to take care of yourself when needed.
  
  We expect you to be able to carry stuff, lift and build/renovate smaller projects by guidence from us.
  If you have building or gardening experience- its great☺️ creatve projects are also possible.
  
  So, could you see yourself helping us on our place- working, cleaning, organizing, do gardening, playing, connecting, learning and sharing - let us please know or ask us futher questions.

  We can give you cultural Exchange in the shape of, language, food, community Living, alternative lifestyle, ceramics, unschooling, Bornholms beautiful Nature, brazillian jjiu jitsu, networking on the Island, , growing veggies, talks about life, trust, deschooling, danish culture, storytelling and sharing experiences.
  
  We live 2 km from Bornholms most beautifull white sand beaches.
  
  And proberbly much more… :)

  Arbeit

  We need support and help in the everyday life.
  Mainly: spending time with our children, inspiriring Them with the skills, intrest and passions you have and following their way and ideas for the day. Share your languges, culture and experiences with them- they understand some german and English. Its is important that you are not affraid of the potential langues-barriere, but see it as a Nice Challenge to intergage with them.. Going with us on bike-rides, exploring Nature, making bonfire, playing boardgames, play Music, help cooking food, cleaning and doing garden work, water plants and help to build small recycled greenhouses for growing the early plants, do firewood.
  If you on top of all of this are experienced in building in larger scale, you are very welcome to give and hand or two in renovating our House together with Nicklas- but its is not a demand only a bonus.

  Unterkunft

  You Will be living in a tent or a caravan.
  You Will have access to kitchen and compost toilet.
  Primarily we will share lunch and dinner together.

  You will have plenty of time exploring the wonderful Island and Nature around. Beautiful beaches and High cliffs, forrests and animals.
  We have always a bike for you to use and sometimes car.
  Close by is art-workshops of ceramics and glass. Museums and villages and two bigger cities 9 km Away..
  We wish for you to take part in our life, everyday life and activities with indepencence, respect, Care and couriosity. We expect you to love to be around children and people in general. To meet and see children in equalness with yourself and be understandning and set your bondouries in a caring and calm way. To overall have a positive energy and be playful. Screens and phones- we would like you to use in your private space. We have wi-fy. Often we enjoy to Watch a great movie or dokumentary together- where you are always welcome to join.
  It is great when you communicate clearly your needs, wishes and worries- we Will do the same.
  We are open hearted people and excited to get you know you as the Human you are and you Will be met and treated with love and respect.
  We see it as an huge inrichment to have a workaway here! We have had many workaways in the community and therefor we have a lot of experience. But you would be our first personal workaway for our household. Yay! :)
